Staff was friendly and room was comfortable.

Check in was below average. Seemed as though we were an inconvenience. Received no information on Wifi or hotel amenities. The gift shop was closed all weekend and on President’s day with no signage. Only positive was our housekeeper. Laguna was Great.

I wish there was more dinning options but overall we would stay there again.

Lots of parking area but was all full even handicap hard to find space to otherwise the stay was good.

I really liked how the hotel had all the amenities we wanted.

The lady at check in was friendly and hotel was clean. Was dissapointed that the casino closed until 8am and no where to get food or even a coffee until 7am. No one at the front desk, no sign or anyone around when we left in the morning. The pool area was small and dated.

It was a great spot for getaway. Lots of fun day trips in the area.

They need more dining options. The indoor pool is way too small. The red sage is too expensive! But the rooms are clean and quiet. No microwaves in the rooms though. The casino is spotless and fun.

Everything was fine

The property was conveniently located in an area to travel around to Ojo caliente, Santa fe, Jemez areas in new mexico. Hotel was was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was very accommodating to switch our room due to low water pressure in previous room.

The pool is always nice

It was a nice place to stay. I would have no problem staying there again.

My first concern always is cleanliness, and our stay was perfect. So clean so comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus

Pleasent

Book a king bed room and they initially out is in two queens. Tired then it was unacceptable and they moved use to a king. They said they overbooked the king's.

Property was neat and nice. Internet didn't work the whole week on the 5th floor.

Needed to add additional night which resulted in 5 visits to the front desk to finally get done correctly. Housekeeping stopped by stating we needed to check out even though we had be assured by the front desk that everything had been done. Also, the room was very hot.

Not so good , they wouldn’t provide me with a receipt and my room was hot and outdated . My wife says the room is haunted. We couldn’t sleep with the bad vibes in there!!!
