The heating system is way too hot, I had to sleep with the window open and a fan.

I stayed two days at this hotel, as an unplanned situation, and in spite of reviews around the net, it was just fine! The location is quite unbeatable within walking distance of the National Museum and main pedestrian avenue, and railway station. Relevant tram station is I P Pavlova. Yes, maybe it is not a 4-* hotel in the Western sense, but if you go in with 3* expectations, which their price point matches, it is more than fine. The room was cozy and surprisingly quiet even at street level; everything was clean and fresh; there were basic toiletries (of the stuck to the wall kind); a working table with chair; a mini-fridge (empty for your use). The heating/conditioner system worked immediately and very well. And again the location is spot on. So, I would definitely come back and it was a very good base for being in all the central areas!

Awesome place and staff. I was visiting prague for the first time from Florida. I was very pleases with this property, great location, nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I only tried theif breakfast my last day cause i couldn't get at a decent time. Breakfast was good. I would definitely come back.

Condition of the rooms and especially bathrooms was very poor, air conditioning was not working, there was unpleasant smell in the room, and it was extremely noisy. I'd call it a youth hostel, not a 4-start hotel. Completely ruined my experience in Prague.

The hotel was only a short distance from the sites of Prague. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and areas of the hotel were very clean. At night it was a little noisy but understandable when you’re in the middle of a city. Thank you EA Downtown for a lovely stay.

This hotel is in a very good location, being within a 3 minute walk to Wenceslas square and the Czech national museum. The walk to the bridge is a good 10-15 minutes though. However, there is plenty of transportation options as well. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable, although why the double bed consists of 2 twins rammed together is always a puzzlement.I wish they put a king size sheet over them. Anyway, this hotel is worth the stay.

It was Downtown. Within a five minute walk there are a few sightseeing spots and in about 10 minutes there was the historical old town. But because it's located near a big Main Street, it was noisy sometimes, but not too much, manageable.

Great location and friendly staff. Only onee lift was a bit of a downside when it was breakfast

Reception staff were helpful,breakfast was good. Location was great very close to city centre. Only down side ear plugs in room which was for emergency vehicles sirens during the night as main roads were nearby.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. However, packed breakfast, which was promised and for which we had paid in advance, was far below standard and disappointing.

Very pleasant hotel. Check in a little slow but fine. Breakfast excellent, rooms in very good condition. Nice bathroom.

This hotel is an awesome location. With the dollar being strong, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast is awesome. The staff was very helpful in all matters I would definitely stay here again

Good space rooms. No reception and coffee bar !! Medium breakfast buffet and very restricted staff while the room was ready to check in but because it was before 14:00 pm didn’t allow to enter the room!!!

Comfortable and relaxing, close to many attractions

Excellent service, great customer service and closes to everything 10-15 min walking. The only thing that I don't like was the internet after 9 pm don't have access to the internet.
