Good location but lot of construction around the property restricting access. Friendly staff, bedding quality can be better…

Never again - Just want to forget that trip. Luckily, I only had to spend a few hours in the room

Clean and spacious room, accessible location to 2 reliable bus lines, supermarket walkable from hotel, loved the water refill stations and shared garden, clean and comfortable pool, can't say enough good things!

Good stay

We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades.

Furniture in need of some modernization

First of all - understand that it's a $25-$35 Uber EACH way from the main train station. It's UP in a smaller town in the hills. (where EVERYTHING closes early.) Upon arrival we got ATTITUDE from the reception. Asked about the pool & told it was closed at 8PM... so we missed it by a few minutes...(However it's Still DAYLIGHT until about 930PM in July) Who closes a pool in DAYLIGHT??? and it's not that there is a lifeguard to pay... ALSO - this is supposed to be a RESORT??? no restaurant AND if you want breakfast - it ALSO must be ordered by 8PM (however it's still DAYLIGHT AT 8pm - and we missed ordering croissants - by a few minutes too... So they tell us to walk into town (where everything is closed)... The Room #101: The front door has at least HALF the pain peeling off, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is moldy, NO soap in the shower soap dispensor - not even an empty one... (I wish I could post pictures) The room was reserved for 3-guests. There was a double bed and a fold-out couch. Bed was OK and my kids slept on that and I slept on the fold-out couch with NO sheets/blanket or pillows the first night... The next morning they said it was MY fault for not checking the THIRD closet for sheets... This is supposed to be a RESORT HOTEL - NOT FEND FOR YOURSELF SUMMERCAMP!!!

Beautiful area but did not like that we had to pay for use of the spa/gym

There are a lot of unnecessary stairs in this complex. Park, walk down a spiral staircase and then up again to get to the apartment. Then the apartment had the bedroom and bath upstairs. The front desk staff was not at all helpful to me (American English speaker-I also speak and understand French just not fluently) but they did make a grand effort for my husband (who speaks excellent French). We reserved a room for 4 and have two small kids. The bedroom is upstairs (spiral staircase, very scary with a toddler) and a foldout couch downstairs. We couldn’t leave our two kids downstairs alone and I didn’t want to risk them falling down the stairs so we had to split up and he took the older child up to the bigger bed and I had to sleep on the foldout with the toddler. Not ideal. Wish I had known ahead of time because I would have brought the pack n play.

Fabulous, nothing bad to say

We had trouble with our very bad car rental service and the Reception Lady was most helpful and friendly. Also, they made us warm dinner even though we arrived very late and after service hours. Rooms are top notch in this price range.

It was all OK and not as fabulous as I hoped from the reviews. Pool smaller and less open than the pictures. Staff would not let us check in before 4pm (had emailed in advance to request it) so sat for 20 minutes in reception waiting for them which was disappointing.

Club Mougins was exceptionally clean and great for what we needed. We had a duplex with a spacious balcony. One slight downside was that the kitchen was exceptionally tiny and we missed having an oven. Also the stairs and doors were super creaky! The pool was small but would have been fine if it hadn't been so cold! All receptionists were friendly and helpful - Svetlana was particularly helpful when we checked in.

The person who checked us in was unpleasant. We were given a different room than the one pictured (our first room was a duplex with the bedroom up a winding staircase). This is an older complex and the walls are paper thin. The worst part was finding ants in our bed in the morning along with ants on our food on the table and ants on the walls and ants crawling on the bathroom sink. There was mold on the shower walls. This place is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
