Very nice hotel. Would not recommend the snack bar for your food. Other than that it was very nice and clean

Phone didn’t work, receptionist was great, but had a long line, especially when they know they were booked for a concert, should have had more available to get the guest checked in quickly

Stayed for a concert. Everything was walkable, hotel was more accommodating then local restaurants

Everything was totally amazing and great at this property. My only complaint was the pillows both myself and my best friend had a horrible night sleep. If you could get new pillows, it would be excellent all around. I don’t usually complain but I work doing body work and the pillows were trouble! Otherwise, great place to stay!

Everything was great! Staff - room - food! This was not my first stay here. Great location with wonderful breakfast items at great prices at the 99 in-house restaurant! We’ll see you again!

For the cost of the room i expected a better facility. The ac didnt work right.

Everything was great, except the pillows - they were too thick and hard.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Bed was not comfortable. Shower/ water pressure was great! Highly not impressed with the dining. Are at the 99Hops place. They did not have the beer I requested. They said they ran out and were changing kegs and I never got any. Food was not impressive at all. Would stay there again, maybe, but definitely will not eat there.

We found hair on and in the bed sheets. Young lady at the desk quickly changed us room because they did not have house cleaning services available.

Great room and dining options. Good food and fun to have the casino attached. Located by other restaurants and sites to see. Very helpful staff. Great stay.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely come back. Staff at the casino were very friendly and plenty of room for playing.

Average at best. The large amount of homeless in and around the casino was sad.

Very friendly and helpful with parking

Original room had no working air conditioning and the in room safe was locked with no one on duty to reset it. After we unpacked and got ready for dinner the staff came up and said we are moving you to another room but they needed us out of the room by 11 pm. This was a tad frustrating as they could have moved us right after we got to the room and made them aware. We were meeting friends and felt like we had to rush back to pack and move. Rooms were ok, kinda run down already and not the cleanest. Beds were lumpy.

They didn't clean the rooms every night. Only every 3rd night.
