It was a great stay. This is my second time staying here for a family trip and both times it has been excellent.

I was thrilled with this hotel. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The lobby was spotless and cozy and to my husband's delight, coffee is available 24 hrs a day.. Our room was clean and comfortable (but the mattress was a tad hard for my liking). The bathroom was clean and well stocked. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was better than I've had in other hotels. There were nice options, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, assorted juices, hot coffee. For those who smoke, they have 2 designated smoking areas outdoors. This was appreciated, at other locations we've had to go streetside. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely book with them again when we return to the area.

Cash deposit is something new to me. Check out clerk had an attitude. Had to go find an ATM just to get cash to check in. Wine stain on a pillow cost me 100 of my deposit. Moldy smelling room. Check in/out was unpleasant. Very upsetting

Nice, comfortable room

Quick run to assist with a move of a family member from Pensacola to Orlando. The place was grate,clean and look brand new. I Love the size, decor comfort of the place.

Well kept and friendly staff. Hot food and cold. Clean dining area. Requested a quiet room and received it. Would recommend.

The breakfast option had fewer options compared to other similar hotels of similar names at other locations. Over all staff are friendly and the location has plenty of options to dine. It is near the main highway -I10.

Convenient location to dining, gas station & access to highway. Breakfast was very good .

We only stayed one night, but would stay again. Hotel and room were clean. Room was soavoans well appointed. Bed was comfortable as well as linens, pillows and towels. We happened to be here just after the big snowstorm craziness. It was easy to cross the street an eat at Ruby Tuesdays, which was also excellent.

We were there during the record breaking snow. Even in terrible weather they went on like business as usual. They actually only had two employees there, but we had a good breakfast, clean towels and they were both very knowledgeable about how to get anything we needed. My only negative is mattress needed replaced.

Very well maintained hotel. Our room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Very Nice, Clean

We chose this property because it offered a hot tub. Turns out the hot tub has been removed. The breakfast area was small and really needed more seating. Otherwise, it was a decent place to rest.
