Fantastic apartment, very spacious, loved the balcony and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend and would return. Was very dubious reading some of the negative comments however I cannot fault the place. Reception staff were absolutely lovely too!

Wonderful!! Had an issue with double charging but the staff promptly fixed it. The apartment was spacious with several rooms and a kitchen and laundry. Easy location for exploring Dublin!

Would have liked to given this five stars but couldn’t. This accommodation is what it is and done very well. It seems to rely on a traveler staying a few extra days at a reasonable city price. Not a hostel but also not a full service hotel. If this is what you like this is the place for you. To us it always seemed like everything was a little extra work. The staff is skeletal , the rooms felt like my college dorm room. And getting anywhere else in the facility seemed like a journey. Again if you don’t mind a little extra effort and no extra touches stay here. I think we walked by another stay hotel up the road on our daily journeys it looked like it had a restaurant within it.

Liked - convenient location, comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities Disliked - room location , windows at street level, no privacy unless bedroom blind fully down at all times; convoluted route through courtyard to room. Window adjacent to car park entry, and popular location for loud conversations at 3-4 am on all 3 nights of our stay. Broken towel rail in bathroom, no bath plug for bath, no hairdryer in room.

Overall decent place especially between the essentials of Dublin such as Guiness Storehouse and Trinity College being in-between.

Ideal place for a short work visit to Dublin. Place was conveniently located and clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean

Although under renovations and slightly confusing reception thru Carpark our room for 3 was perfect. Great location around the corner from the Brazen Head and a short walk to Big Bus Tours stops near Guinness and St Michael’s. Would stay again. Pay for parking on arrival.

I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning. Keep up the great work.

Property is in need of refurbishment. Carpets bit sticky. Freezer is diabolical. Windows were filthy,Kitchen cabinets wonky delaminating etc there was not enough water for us all to shower therewere only 3 adults, on the plus size the reception staff were brilliant

This place was exactly as described. Great location, plenty of room and very easy for a family to use as a home base while exploring Dublin. Had a great time!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I enjoy it. I travel with my elderly father and want to be close to him, so having an apartment style accomodation is perfect. Check-in and out are always easy. The apartment was clean and having access to the onsight parking garage is always a plus!

We got bumped and moved to another property - they initially told me that there was a maintenance issue but when we got to the other property it was because they overbooked. It wouldn't be so bad but I had booked and apartment and the other property only had a single bed room. Also no on-site parking. Very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay as it's walkable to the Temple area and around downtown Dublin.

Girls weekend away ,perfect place easy to find ,walking distance from everything, spotless, will definitely use again .
