It was an amazing stay at a wonderful location.

This hotel was in walking distance to the town as well as visiting local attractions. If you wanted a change of scenary, you could walk to the harbour and take a ferry across to the nearest town. The hotel is situated near a beach however if that doesn't suit you, they also have a pool. Cocktail hour is between 3pm to 6pm - recommend having after visiting the local shops 😄

Wonderful property in a great position with onsite parking. Great room opened onto lakeside bike path. Close to town. Great onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Fantastic!!

This hotel is slightly out of town, but an easy walk down the lake to town and the location is worth it so you can wake up and step right out to the lake. The rooms and bathroom are simple but sufficient, with quirky colors. Nice breakfast at the connected restaurant. Heads up—the parking lot is at street level, and then you go down to the hotel.

We stayed four days in this fantastic hotel. The service from the staff and owner was outstanding. The view from the balcony was really nice and we enjoyed our evenings there. The original design of the hotel made it an interesting experience. It's far from a standard layout and design, something we found refreshing and fun. We can highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful hotel amazing staff and lovely food. Situated in perfect spot with stunning views and very short walk into the main square. Loved every second and would highly recommend!

Brilliant location staff very friendly and helpful although I thought colour scheme in rooms could be brighter, good choice for breakfast always sun loungers by pool no matter what time you go and lovely to sit on balcony overlooking the lake

What a wonderful hotel! We’ve been to Lake Garda many times as a family and have stayed in many different hotels in Malcesine, Torbole and Riva, Ambienthotel Primaluna is by far our favorite. Very modern and clean, as well as comfortable, it’s at the best location to walk to historic Malcesine, and many top notch restaurants. Opening the back door and jump in the lake whenever one feels like—it doesn’t get better. This hotel has hands down the best breakfast of any hotel we’ve stayed in Italy. And we’ve been to a lot. My kids also got big comfortable beds as well. They loved it.

Staff is friendly. We were provided with a coupon voucher that discounted entry fees to the water park, the lift and castle. Also, ten percent discount to the hotel's restaurant. Access to the beach and walking path was great from the first floor room.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly, the restaurant was delicious, amazing views of the lake and the location was perfect (a short 10 minute walk into the town). The room was comfortable and nice enough (but the rest of the hotel was the highlight).

Amazing hotel, right on the lake front!

The Primaluna has been based on what the customer would want from a hotel. The sit-down check-in, vouchers for a free drink at the bar later, being shown around the hotel initially for orientation was a great start. The hotel itself based just outside of Maclesine town about 7mins walk, was of modern design and very comfortable. Pool, gym, next to Lake Garda and close to town. The breakfasts were probably one of the best in any hotel I've stayed in. Quality food, an egg station, fresh juices, fruit, cereal, meat, cakes etc. etc. We had dinner one night and if had more time would return - great steak and service. Would certainly return for a longer stay if possible next time. The garden room was a great base looking out over the lake.

Quirky & modern hotel with all the facilities you need at the side of the lake. Excellent service from all staff, good food & easy access to the town, what more could you ask for? Our first choice for hotel if we return to Lake Garda.

Perfect location. Very close to Palladio piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provided us with a free parking pass which is essential in Vicenza. We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in town.
