Great staff clean room

Clean, safe, fantastic suite.

Everything was fantastic between the welcoming staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here as it is walking distance from Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio.

The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. The morning breakfasts were a great way to start each day. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel to give this great place a try.

The hotel was great! The location is amazing - everything is pretty much walking distance. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. The staff were all lovely, kind and generous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The staff is amazing! Since our arrival the courtesy, attention and support in every aspect was in another level. 110 % recommended near everything, spectacular facilities and comfortable. When I comeback no doubt the I will stay again in the same place! Thanks for the royal treatment!

Very good for a 4 star hotel. Staff was amazing and our suite was perfect. Very quiet, clean and modern. Close to Ponte Vecchio so location is great.

Perfectly located this hotel offers alot for the price- great concierge assistance, the front desk could not have been more helpful, morning breakfast was well done (pressed cloth napkins, fresh squeezed orange juice), the room itself was spacious, living area and separate bedroom, great closet, the bathroom beautifully appointed, contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
