Great location. Pool fabulous. Do note steep hill to negotiate

It was an older resort but was fabulous for viewing the marina and downtown area and a 5 minute walk down the steep hill to get to all the fun. The walk back up the hill took 12 minutes lol. Beautiful penthouse condo, extremely well done and we hated to leave. The other people staying there were very friendly.

Fantastic views...amazing location. Staff very helpful. Perhaps may be time to upgrade the major appliances. Also, would NOT recommend going to Airlie Beach during what they call the wet season...Jan-Mar. It rained every day...our flights were cancelled; the entire airport was closed cuz the roads in were flooded...apparently a regular event there.

Fabulous place to rest and unwind. Good location to move about from around the Whitsundays. Infinity pool was to die for after a day out. Apartment was fabulous with breathtaking views on Airlie Bay. If i was being picky the only complaint we had was the curtains in the bedroom needed to be complete block out or add a blind so the sun didn't beam in at the crack of dawn whilst on holidays. Would absolutely stay again!

The view is what makes this property the hill however is extremely steep so walking into town may prove difficult

Ok stay - standard vacation rental apartment, nothing special. The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable, but could use a refresh. It was well stocked though with everything you might need on your stay.

Had terrible weather- very very rainy for most of the stay but it was a comfortable base and we had a covered balcony so could still sit out. When the sun returned it was beautiful- fabulous pool and views. James was friendly and helpful. Kitchen could have been better equipped and all a little dated but overall the position and views make it a great place to stay

Exhaust in the kitchen is not working. The light in the hallway is flickering. The couch (that converts to bed) is very uncomfortable, it is old and slides all the time when kids are sitting on it. The AC in the living room does not work (does not get cold at all). The shower is weak. We did not bother to report this as we can still enjoy our holidays with these issues but our stay would have been better if these issues had been checked prior our arrival. On the other hand, the view of the airle beach is fantastic. The pool is clean and we enjoyed it. The property is clean. Location: it is on top of the hill. So if you are going to the main street, it is not for kids nor old people as I find it difficult and painful for the legs, knees and feet. Better bring your car if you plan to explore Airlie Beach/Main Street. There are plenty of parking areas around.

It was a perfect stay in the perfect location. No complaints. No wishes. No issues… just perfect! Cheers to James..

The Martinique was our favourite hotel in Queensland! We were amazed by the beautiful view, infinity pool, and the suite itself (a lovely condo with everything you need!). James was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting the Martinique again!!

The property was in good condition for its age. What let it down, there were no tea bags or coffee. Its a great location, walking distance to town but a very steep walk home if you're not very fit.

We had a great stay here, the pool's a treat and amazing views, probably not great for less able-bodied people due the hill and stairs but great for young couples

Rooms could have been cleaner under beds and lounge don’t get cleaned very dusty

This place is fantastic . Up high on the hill the views are spectacular . All of Airlie Beach . It is up a steep hill

Apartment really well set up. Friendly and helpful staff. Magnificent view!

Easy check-in, room was on top floor. Not appropriate for people with low mobility but was advertised that there was no lift access to my room. Well stocked kitchenette, clean room. Property is a short walk from town centre. Large hill to climb (i didnt mind!) But taxis available for $7 if you cant make it. The gem of the property was the infinity pool overlooking airlie! It was stunning. The property itself is starting to look a little tired (could use a paint and some new pool chairs) but everything was impeccably looked after. Would return!

Great property, good location and easy walk into the town apart from the steep hill on the way back up! Apartment was huge and well set out with amazing views. Staff especially Naomi were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
