The staff was friendly. The building was nice close to the shopping center easy to get an Uber ride.

Excellent service and staff

Location is a bit far from everything but convenient because you can take the freeway to the airport or go northeast into town. there were several options for dining and entertainment around and a pharmacy and a convenience store across the street. Staff were great. Very respectful, friendly, helpful. Room was clean, housekeepers were lovely, breakfast was delicious both days. Loved the variety and the fact that they served mexican food.

The air conditioning no was working and I reported to the reception and they fixe was temporary and remote on tv not was working too

Poor drainage. Toilet and sink drain stopped up and smelled.

There're cockroaches on the dresser , the room smelled a lot of humidity, 1 elevator wasn't working.

I didn't like the fact that I scheduled this hotel for a great quality stay. But yet the cable TV was not working. I called receptionist and I was told that they didn't have TV service. I'm really surprised since is one of the most expensive hotels in the city but yet basic amenities are not available..Will not stay here again. It's just not worth it. AltaVista and Royal Garden have greater better service and for a lower price.
