Basic small complex with good size apartment, good location and decent pool.

It was really nice to stay here! Some remarks: if there is a safety deposit in the room, why are we expected to pay 2€ per day for it? The same is true for the wifi, if you want it in your room, you have to pay extra for it. I would like to mention also, that the cleaning staff should be more quiet, it is really disturbing to hear them shouting to each other early in the morning.

Lots of steps and hilly both in the complex and to beach and shops. Reception hours very short 10 till 12. We had to telephone to get code to open safe for apt key.

The accommodation is very basic. It is clean and is in a good location and adequate.

The location of the apartments was excellent being within easy walk to the beach and Morro Jable old town. The apartments have everything you need so are great for a week away although they are a little worn now so do need an update. Scratchy towels and beds that creek with the slightest move. The apartments were cleaned thoroughly every day which was great and we always found the pool empty which compared to other resorts is unheard of. The only main issue was how hot the apartments can get. Even with the rented fan some nights were unbearably hot so made for a sleepless night. We would definitely return but maybe a little later in the year when the nights are a bit cooler. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Four times in 2014. Two times in 2015. Probably twice in 2016. The cleanliness of the complex. A great lady in reception - Daniela alway's helpful. A few costs, fan €5 per week. Safe €2 per week. Spar supermarket ten minute walk. Microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee machine and hair dryer in apartment. Reception is only open 10.00 til 22.00. If you contact they will leave water in the apartment. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava in the fridge. Apartments face the hill's so no sun in late afternoon but still relaxing on the balcony. Five minute stroll to the beach. It doesn't get much better than this which is the reason we keep returning.

I was very sad to leave. The apartment is ideally situated being only 3 minutes from the beautiful beach at Morro Jable. It is a great place to watch the sunset every evening and it is only a short walk to a choice of restaurants. The apartment was in good condition although the three level split within the apartment soon became tiring. There are many steps within the apartment complex and you need to be fit to do this every day (there were 78 steps from my apartment to the front entrance). Facilities were good and the receptionist was very helpful. Although I arrived late in the evening she had left clear instructions for me. I look forward to a return visit.

Enjoyed our 7 day break at the accommodation. The only let down was no air conditioning - trying to sleep was almost impossible because of the heat and unfortunately this tainted our stay. If it was not for this it would have been a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed for a week in the Punta Marina. It's a great place to stay, very well run, clean, spacious and in a great location close to the beach and the old town of Morro Jable. I'd recommend Punta Marina to my friends and family. And we hope to return there soon.

WE ARE Just back from a fantastic holiday staying at PUNTA MARINA - the hotel and staff are top notch ,apartment was very spacious and well equipt. The apartment is split on 3 levels: 1)kitchen and bathroom 2)sitting room and a huge terrace with magnificent view over the mountains and the sea 3)bedroom with kingsize bed. Very close to the beach ,nearest supermarket just 5 min.walk ,lots of shops and bars. THE RESORT ITSELF WAS VERY QUITE AT NIGHT,SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUITE FAMILY LOCATION -THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE . THE BEACH IS TO DIE FOR, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Buona posizione ma non ci sono bar intorno per la colazione. L' host è molto responsivo via whatsapp ma sono presenti in loco solo per due ore al giorno. Non abbiamo avuto intoppi quindi non è stato un grosso problema per noi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, la struttura è Abbastanza pulita. Ampio terrazzo con un bellissimo panorama.

Petite structure d'environ 17 appartements, agréable. Appartement spacieux. Beaucoup d'escaliers dans l'appartement et dans le complexe... Pas d'ascenseur... La réception est seulement ouverte un court moment l'après-midi, mais un.e réceptionniste est disponible dans un autre hôtel proche. Instructions détaillées reçues par email pour l'arrivée. J'ai juste regretté de ne pas pouvoir poser des question à quelqu'un à mon arrivée, mais j'ai pu le faire le lendemain. Le réceptionniste était sympathique et de très bon conseil (José Antonio). Appartement tout en haut avec belle vue, mais très venteux, impossible de manger sur la terrasse (en novembre). Plage proche, village et supermarché proches (à pied).

Es war angenehm leer und deshalb sehr erholsam.

Sehr sauber und ruhig und gute Nähe zum Strand. Preis Leistung war top.

Se nos ha hecho casi caro para lo que es, piscina normal, parking en calle oscura, aunque gratis y suele haber sitio libre, hay gatos por el recinto que se cuelan, y alguna cucaracha en el baño, es amplio el apartamento y buenas camas, pero falta también luz en la cocina. Le daría un 5 o 6/10.

Gute Lage nicht weit zum Strand und zum Ortskern von Morro Jable. Man findet hier gut Ruhe zum entspannen und kann Dank der vorhandenen Küche sich hier gut selbst versorgen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Geräumiges und ruhiges Appartement in der Nähe der Promenade, nur ein paar Treppen entfernt. Alle Restaurants in Morro Jable in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Atmosphäre, Essen direkt am Meer. Großer Supermarkt in 10 Minuten Fußweg. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Es ist nicht mein erster Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen Renovierungsstau. Das Badezimmer konnte aufgrund von Gestank einige Tage nicht genutzt werden (wurde dann aber doch noch abgestellt). Haartrockner vorhanden, aber defekt (Gehäuse gebrochen und lief nur auf kalt). Die Ausstattung ist einfach. Betten sind sehr hart und nicht für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen (so wie bei mir der Fall) geeignet. Das Personal (Empfang/Reinigung/Technik) ist nett und hilfsbereit im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten.

Estuvimos 8 dias mi mujer y yo, alojamiento amplio pero dividido en 3 pisos, por lo que no es apto para quien tenga problemas con las escaleras. Por lo demás muy tranquilo, limpio, con una terraza muy grande y con todo lo necesario en la cocina, se puede bajar andando a la playa
