There were elevator issues during my stay and I am handicapped and that was an issue but other than that it’s a great property

Elevator issues

Elevator was not working which I know can happen but it made things much more difficult. Also, the breakfast was very sparse, I guess considered "continental", the only thing available was bagels and the usual dry cereals, but wasn't real appetizing.

Elevator was broken when we arrived but overall the hotel was excellent and cost effective!

The elevator had a cracked floor tile so they shut it down completely. Quite annoying trying to traverse up the 4th floor with everything in tow. The staff was friendly and property was clean. The TV system was on the fritz and everyone staying kept coming to the lobby to ask how to make the TVs work. Hallways felt like the Bahamas with 85 degree temps at all times, but the rooms were fine.

Great place to stay

Another great stay at one of my most favorite hotels!! James was at the front desk again. He is do welcoming, you can't help but smile. Very highly recommend!!!

This Spark by Hilton is the best. I have stayed here a number of different times, and it is always consistently my best hotel stays. The rooms and facilities are clean, bright, new, and has an upbeat positive feel. The staff is really so nice and welcoming. The front desk staff member, James is absolutely wonderful. He is so friendly and welcoming and always has a smile onhis face. A true professional. It just adds to the whole welcoming experience. I feel like I am in a familiar place. So nice, it feels like your second home, while you are away from home. I highly recommend this Spark. Also great location, and a relaxing place! Love it!!

The breakfast was mediocre at best with bagels and nothing else. There were tiny apples and oranges that could not be opened. The cereal selection was also very limited. The orange juice was OK, however.

I would have given 5-stars. However, the elevator is down...had to walk up and down four flights of stairs.

The elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage to the fourth floor without any assistance

Traveling with a handicapped family member and first thing we noticed was the elevator was out of service. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk made an effort to get a room on the first floor available for him and he was okay. My room was lacking towels, soap, and even cups upon arrival. Again, staff quickly remedied these issues. Slept terribly due to noise of carts being pushed through the hallway starting early morning. Rooms do not seem strongly insulated against noise. I had my “do not disturb” sign posted on the door…and the maid decided to knock on the door to see if I was leaving momentarily. Uh, no. I was not. Breakfast was standard continental fare. Nothing exciting.

Very clean and nice

Check in & it was a breeze. Hotel was rather quiet; even that close to the busy road. Safe area and well lit. Rooms were as-expected clean. Lower-end-of-average comfort furniture. Heat/Air worked perfectly. Mini Fridge, Hair Dryer, Ironing Board, etc. but no coffee pot (not seeing as many these days). Wasn’t overly thrilled that the only elevator was out of order. The continental breakfast had good coffee but left a lot to be desired. We’ve definitely stayed in worse for more!

The elevators were not working, otherwise, everything in the room was new, great tv.

Towels were not refreshed properly I let the clerk know when I checked out. The elevator was down however the staff did make sure to Accommodate. I wished there was a better breakfast offering as a diabetic There were limited options. Orange juice was the only choice

Staff was super friendly and hotel was nice. Elevator was not working the entire 3 days I was there.
