This location was clean with a friendly staff & well maintained.

A pleasant visit and comfortable stay.

Found a lot of crawling ants around the tv, tables, dresser drawers and walls in the morning. They were crawling around our food. Did let housekeeping and front desk know.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The smell was awful. The room smelled like a wet dog. The tile floor in the bathroom was coming up. The showerhead sprayed everywhere even outside the shower (which is probably why the tile floor was coming up). The hallways smelled worse than the room. I can't even describe the smell in the hallways. We skeot long enough to get bacj on the road. We could not get out fast enough!

We always stay for any reason that we’re in Albq, love there pool, hot tub and there breakfast, beside Starbucks is next door to them .

At first, I was pleased...the facility looked nice. Upon arriving at my room, there was no remote for the TV, the room telephone didn't work, and the WiFi didn't work. The person at the front desk was apathetic and not helpful.

Nice location, few restaurants,gas station, pharmacy and lumber yard nearby, bit noisy next to busy street, windows and walls must be thin since you can hear rooms upstairs and next door, some soap, toilet paper holders need upgrade or regular maintenance, tub was very slow to drain, sink faucet not very appropriately positioned since washing hands caused water to fall onto counter, otherwise not too bad hotel.

Only stayed one night with family. We had a room with multiple beds (2 queens, 1 sofa pullout). Lots of room for everyone to be comfortable and even with all our luggage on the floor. Overall the facility was very clean and organized

Extremely clean, staff are professional and polite, breakfast is good. Parking is easy.

Loved our stay here. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and well kept, and the breakfast options were great.

Hotel is not in old town , close to restaurants, we were placed I believe in the loudest room ever window was 25’ from a major 4 way intersection. Stay was good . Be careful if you have pets 50.00 per day . Wow alot

Second time here with our dog traveling cross country. Good breakfast easy check in pretty clean and nice staff.

Love the native dress display in the lobby. Also the person working the morning I left was very nice, they let me go back to the room after I’d checked out because I thought I’d left something behind. Also had trouble with my key card after checking in and a staff member came with me to my room to resolve the issue.

Pet friendly, huh. Nothing for the pets and a surprise $50/night charge. Booked the first floor (pet floor). They knew we had a pet, there was nothing on the site about a charge. Also, we had three people and just two towels in the room. The tv remote didn’t work, took over an hour for them to bring another to the room. Two people at the front desk when we arrived, no greeting, no smiles. Had to say “excuse me” to get them to acknowledge us standing right in front of them

Holiday Inn Express is always reliable and has terrific amenities for guests.

So far excellent

was a comfortable stay, only real complaint was that the shower head sucks
