Very accommodating staff. Very professional and friendly.

Beautiful lication, gorgeous views. Nice large room with sofa area. Great hot tub & pool. Dining area is stunning h breakfast menu changed daily which was nice. Excellent coffee.. Definitely needs larger trashcans in room & bath & more bath hooks to conserve towels.

The hotel was better than expected in terms of the quality of the room, amenities, and friendliness of the staff.

In a scenic area in Black Hills.

Not happy that the closest dozen parking spots are for premium club members only, leaving the rest of your paying customers to park in the far reaches of the lot...all those spaces were empty all night

Stayed here when visiting Mount Rushmore and Custer state park -wildlife loop road . Breakfast very good . Everything you expect from holiday inn. Would stay here again. Recommend . Restaurant near by . Laundry washer and dryer too

It was awesome and you feel like your helpers care.

Great service and amazing facility.

Room was very clean and nice. Only problem was you could hear the people in floor above stomping around. It was hard to sleep. I believe its was a structural problem.
