This is my third or fourth time here, property is going down hill. One elevator was not working, my first room was noisy with some fan type of noise that was vibrating the floor, and the bathroom stunk like sewage. I asked for another room and got one which was better but after a long day of travel was a hassle. I don’t understand why put someone in an uncomfortable room when another option is available.

Sink was clogged and had to ask for a different room which they kindly agreed to. Hotel is being updated so there is a lot of construction work noise.

El lugar es bueno, solo nos decepcionó que la alberca estuviera fuera de servicio y no fue notificado previamente, para los niños la alberca es un requisito importante.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t like the carpet in the room. It was smelly. The facility needs upgrading. The pool was closed for repairs. It was not a good experience.

Dirty Carpets, dirty pillow cases and bed sheets ; toilet not working properly.

Decent restaurant in short walking distance

Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and kind.

Very good hotel

On Renovation. Gave me wrong room reserved but change easy. However water bath pressure weak

Hotel is in very poor condition, needs a refurb. Lifts are slow and shaky, aircon far too noisy to actually use, fridge i my room similarly noisy & froze everything. Bed was OK, shower was OK, but the bathroom a bit smelly. Breakfast was limited, but the ladies were very friendly. Front desk staff generally spoke little or no English.

We like staying here since it is safe and comfortable. Breakfast is good.
