Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bathroom was outdated. Tub had really slow drain. Otherwise. Very pleasant stay.

Front desk greeting great! Very efficient. Breakfast was good. Would like take out plates so you could take breakfast to your room. Workout room clean and sufficient.

I was under the idea that THIS was the best hotel Kingsville had to offer. However, I believe it is not. We have also stayed at Marriot. Marriot was a bit nicer than the Holiday Inn. Our rooms at Holiday Inn smelled very moldy. We changed rooms because of this. Once we changed rooms, we noticed that the toilet had issues flushing. We were only staying for one night so we stuck it out until morning. Over all, it just wasnt that great of a stay. We liked the roominess at Marriot much better. The lobby at Marriot was more open and inviting. Rooms didnt smell either.

The doors slam very loud

Easy check in. Clean rooms very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed the pool nice and clean. Will stay here again.

Friendly staff and attentive people. Positive attitude towards all there patrons.

We left a firestick in the TV, and on our way back through, we stopped to see if we could retrieve it. I did not get the sweet lady's name who was working on Friday, May 2nd around noon, but she went to the trouble to go check for us and it was there! She went above and beyond and we were so grateful!

Great option for Kingsville. decent price. Room, lobby elevator and halls were clean.

The only complaint I might have would be that the breakfast was not very good!! No many options and pancake machine still broken.
