Staff at check in were extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean had everything I needed and view was awesome.

The windows were very dirty on the outside. I spent some time cleaning them myself so my wife could see out the windows better

Greetings. PAPER THIN WALLS. Woken up at 3 am and I was able to hear when ever it was on. Not good for ALL the paying guests. Otherwise it was suitable.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The building felt very safe and secure. It was also quiet and clean(room and surrounding area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn't be more convenient, with shops, restaurants, and major travel routes just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Really great stay. Better than expected and very good price. The service was wonderful and very accomidating, supporting an earlier check in! Pillows were not the most comfortable. Easy walking distance to the tram and main restrants, cafes and bars. Would stay again.

Central to all Glenelg activities. Pleasant hills view from room. Bathroom poor design. Spa bath ok but shower split over to sides and water ran across the floor soaking the bathmat.

Close to everything, staff very friendly & helpful . Could do with some updating ex carpet needs replacing

This property felt very safe, had an amazing view from the 10th floor, soundproof didn’t hear any traffic, a short walking distance to Jetty Road, only thing was the mood lighting wasn’t in working order which I was looking forward to.

We woke up this morning and there was no water. I rang the number provided and left a message. No one bothered to fix the problem nor ring back. It is not the motels fault but there was horrendous Saturday night traffic noise. BasicallyI would never stay at this motel again.

Clean room. Clean linen. The property is dated. That’s ok. The cost reflects the property’s age. Great views from the 10th floor. There were chips in the tiles and in the table top. Holes in the bathroom wall tiles where it looks like a towel rail was removed. Free parking is good. Not secure but that’s fine. The spa bath surface looked dirty but it had just aged. Quick reception service. Strong Indian cooking smells in the foyer. The room smelt neutral. Only a smallish room. Be prepared for that. Lift worked well.
