This is a great hotel and I love staying here. The only downs about it is that the pool was cold like the lake so we wouldn't swim in it and only one of the 3 hot tubs were working.

Property is a bit dated, but clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 hot tubs were closed while we were there. One tiny 4 person hot tub was open. The pool area is "weird" with the pool in an enclosed glass area with 3 small (4 person) hot tubs outside of the glasses pool area. Just weird. Breakfast was fine: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, and other options.

no indicator the pool is down at all rented this for my kids for their birthday to swim was great explaining to the kids no pool cause they screwed me

Booked this location to enjoy the pool and hot tubs. Did not know until check in that the pool was closed due to renovation and only two hot tubs were operational At 8 am continental breakfast was not refilled and no staff was available or checking on conditions in dining area Because I booked through Expedia hotel could not compensate us

Great area, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and quick response time! Breakfast was good and always warm! it is a bit dated but they are actively renovating! can’t beat it for the price!

Great family stay. Room was average with a big pool and multiple hot tubs. The breakfast was pretty tasty as well. Hit all amenities I required. Just was dated and busy.

Very good hot tubs and pool, close to shopping and restaurants

The property is older but it is clean. It has one of the lower rated per night which is understandable due to the age. The only thing that was disappointing was that one of the 2 adult hot tubs was not working, and only had a max capacity of 4

They have 3 hot tubs here and one of them was recently added. Its not the cleanest place ive been to but so many hotels have hot tubs that are out of service or they completely got rid of them. It is also walking distance to the mall and menards as well as a number of places to eat. It was a great place for a group of teen girls. 😄

We were very impressed with our stay. The pool are was great, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have been notified of a complete renovation to lobby/breakfast/hallway renovations going on and had the opportunity to book elsewhere. Breakfast time cut short because of carpet install with no heads up. The hotel could have been prepared for alternate planning for breakfast set up in a different area. We had nails on the floor right to the side of our doorway to the room. No discounts offered for the disruption and noise. Very disappointed, not the time to do renovations over Christmas break!
