Amazing, clean, close to everything. Walking distance to shops and night life. A short drive to the beach and marina.

Thie hotel is in much need of a revamp. Wifi doesnt work, bathroom layout is bizarre...you need to have your feet in the shower to use the loo. Service was pleasant, hotel was clean and well located for restaurants etc.

Air conditioning did not work properly for a 7 day stay with kids. Staff was advised but AC was still not fixed. Besides that it was great!! Pizza is amazing!

Very nice property with beautiful restaurant in front of a swimming pool with cascade. Don’t need to leave in the night for dinner out, food very good with affordable prices.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The place was very clean. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again.

Maria Rosaria hotel doesn t have wi fi, therefore our stay was unconfortable. On the other hand our contract included wi fi service.

Pool was really nice but they close it middle of the day and at dinner due to restaurant proximity. Rooms a bit dated. We thought we were getting two beds but got one and a bunk bed. A/C worked good. Restaurant was good pizzeria menu and fish dishes.

Good location staff very friendly sometimes rude. Only interested in big groups

Great stay. Spotlessly clean. Restaurant very good. Epic portions! Great position for local town and beaches. Army of helpful friendly staff. Rooms very good for the price. Breakfast a little 'hit and miss' as regards what was available, seemed to depend on how many guests. Definitely stay use this hotel again, if they will have us. Many thanks

Family trip to Orosei. Hotel is pretty much in the centre of the town - so good access to evening/ night activities. Good beaches nearby though (10 mins away - ideally by car/bus). Fair breakfast - lots of it, quality generally OK. Quiet around the pool during the day. Staff on reception very helpful.

Biggest complaint was the pool .... we arrived all hot and bothered in plus 30 weather to be told the pool closes at 7pm so the restaraunt could use the pool deck. Very frustrating. The pool was nice when it opened. Hotel is in a good location. Pleasant stay. Nice room.

Lovely hotel with a friendly staff. Very good restaurant with affordable prices, understanding wait staff and the well prepared food. Outside dining overlooking the beautiful pool area. Generous breakfast buffet and ample parking. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely not 4 stars as they advertise. The restaurant staff were entirely incompetent, I though we must have been on some local hidden camera show. Apart from the food, our stay was satisfactory.

For a break with family or as a couple this was a lovely hotel, we could not fault it. Beautiful beaches within 10 mins drive, Oroesi itself was not that special but we found some nice restaurants and used the hotel as a base to explore.
