Rooms were clean, the staff were all polite professional and friendly. The buffet was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked breads and pastries. The coral reef near the hotel was spectacular and filled with the most beautiful marine life, so definitely pack a good snorkel.

Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. What made this stay unforgettable was the overall experience from the serene surroundings to the level of service, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

Amazing stay. Rooms were spotless with great housekeeping. Staff were fantastic, super attentive and friendly. Easy to get sunbeds by pool and beach. Great selection in buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Lovely beach with music and cocktails on beanbags at sunset which was really nice. Could not fault the hotel at all.

Amazing experience, exceptional facilities and the sea is so beautiful that I cannot describe it. They offered me a room upgrade and it was really welcomed! Plenty of activities, music in the evening, good food. A holiday to remember for a long time and I cannot wait to come to Soma Bay again

My friend and I have just returned from our stay at Soma Bay. Overall, the hotel was excellent. The additional cost for the club lounge is great value for money. If for nothing else, the team at the restaurant made our stay exceptional.

Clean pool and nice lagoon

One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!

Very nice property. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and as an added bonus, they even have several german speaking guest relations employees. And the food is wonderful and very varied. The Breakfast and Dîner Buffets are extremely rich and savory. The Pool and Beach areas are great, and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon. The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend.
