So good so far!

Friendly, helpful staff and great accommodations. I’ve stayed several places in Minneapolis. This is likely to be my new favorite!

Young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice. 4 rating was because the toilet in our room didn’t flush. Everything else was wonderful!

Staff not professional, I don't even go there because I cancelled. Expedia you have to return my money back into my card immediately. $251.05 You guys don't treat customer right. I cancelled withing the hour on Feb 13th 2025 when my wife find out there no jacuzzi in the hotel and in the first place Aloft Minneapolis hotel gave me false statement that there is jacuzzi in the hotel. Customer satisfaction is the key here, this is fraud seating on a customer money for not returning it back to he/her for the fact that the customer cancelled the reservation withing the hour, I honest I must tell you guys this is not professional for at all. Please refund my money back immediately effect.

Great hotel at a great price. Close to several downtown amenities. Excellent location to US BANK stadium and quick access to all other venues. Hotel was clean, quiet and had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were clean with tons of towels and excellent water temps. The workout facilities had everything needed for a workout. Rooms well stocked with towels, coffee pot, mini-fridge, glasses. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking but I didn’t ask to switch and assume based on past experience I could have got replacements.
