Right by the ferry which was extremely convenient. All staff were fantastic. Very friendly. Rooms were clean.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to Maria-Louisa, Mirianna, Roberto, and all other staff we connected with for such a pleasant stay! Your hospitality and such positive attitude was everything we needed to make this one of our bests stays. The hotel rooms and common spaces are clean and functional. The breakfast had many options and the hotel location is prime being very close to the ferries, taxi stand, restaurants, and even the bike rental shop. You can’t go wrong for booking here

Perfect location right near the ferry. Plenty of parking. The staff were so pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is at the edge of town, with restaurants and shops right there. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying on the island.

Location is right where the ferry drops off. Location is excellent.

At first we were a little worried given the hotel is located right across the very busy port. However, it turned out to be the best location. Right behind the hotel is the cutest street with all shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, 5 star service from the reception and cleaning staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Two terrasses are available all day for the guests. You can bring your own food and have dinner, or bring your own aperitivo and enjoy the most beautiful views! Breakfast was included. We highly recommend this hotel!

We really liked our stay at the Excelsior, it's centrally located and most importantly, the staff is very very friendly and always there to help you with restaurant and trip recommendations. Will stay here again.

Good stay. Very small bathroom with poor lay out but otherwise I’d recommend.

Convenient location near the port but no Parking at the hotel and very limited parking near by. Staff were outstanding. When we left a cell phone in our room they were quick to give us a call to make sure we could go back and pick it up.

It was a beautiful hotel. The girls at the front desk were awesome. Super helpful. I loved my stay with the exception of the parking situation. In this island is extremely hard to find parking

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the ferry. We had a sea view so could watch the ferries come and go. It was well soundproofed and very quiet. Room was clean. Beds and pillows rather hard. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They gave us advice on boat tours around the islands (amazing) local buses to the beaches (€1 at tabac store or €1.50 on the bus) The front desk rented beach towels for €4/day. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choices, and staff were happy to make us cappuccinos. The rooftop patio had lots of potential, with great views, but was rather neglected with a few sunbeds and armchairs but no real shade. The hotel was within walking distance of the beautiful harbour, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, lovely breakfast on terrace, convenient to harbor activities. Parking a bit difficult to find as there are no dedicated hotel parking spots.

All of the staff were amazing and so very helpful, cannot say enough about them! The hotel is located directly across from the ferry drop off, very convenient with luggage. The room had lovely amenities: black out curtains, mini fridge, nice bathroom, excellent a/c. The bed is on the firmer side.

We were on a two-week trip to Sardinia and we stayed in several different places during the trip. All of them were excellent. This was the second stop on the trip. The staff was great, spoke English very well and had lots of great advice. So convenient as well. Highly recommend.
