Close to airport (has a shuttle). Quiet & clean.

Close to airport and my conference location. Very friendly staff. No traffic congestion around property. Within walking distance to upscale steak restaurant and within easy driving distance to a wide variety (price and cuisine) of restaurants. Close and easy access to the highway system looping around Des Moines. Ideal for a business trip.

The room was clean and good size.

Did not like the pool and hot tub being down

Hotel was super clean, room was cozy and a really great size. Noise level was super quiet. The shuttle is a great plus and really liked how close we were to the airport. Would choose this hotel again!

The property met my expectations but there was no "wow". Appeared to have Ben recently remodeled. The toilet seemed to be missing the bees wax gasket so whenever you sat on the toilet you got this nails on the chaulk board tile on tile grinding sound. The staff seemed a bit distant. I can't put my finger on it. They were friendly but again distant. Seemed rather strange.

After having a horrible experience at a Marriott in Shreveport, this was wonderful! Room was so nice and clean! Actually had 2 rooms and both were perfect for our needs!

I had a first floor room, I wish they would put actual curtains in there so the outside lights aren't coming into the room at night.
