Excellent service! The front desk staff is very helpful and made our entire stay amazing. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was excellent and the breakfast good! They even made us breakfast early one morning. The room was spacious and comfortable! Many restaurants nearby and there was even a street fair the Sunday we got there a!

The staff was always available and extremely helpful. The breakfast every day was made by your order and was really great. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful small hotel in a very interesting neighborhood. We felt safe and the dining options nearby were very good.

Carolina and her staff were amazing. She did everything asked and more. From arranging meals, to transportation, tours, laundry. In all my years of travel, I can not remember finer service. Every staff member greeted us by name, knew our activity schedule, along with how we preferred our coffee. Highly recommend, in a great part of town, very safe with excellent shopping and restaurants nearby.

The staff were super nice, absolutely wonderful! Went out of their way to make sure you were well taken care of.Custom breakfast each morning. Cute private patio. Room was very comfortable. Many restaurants, shops and Plaza Serrano nearby.

Beautiful rooms which are very spacious. Surprisingly quiet for an active community. Staff are exceptionally helpful with suggestions and booking activities. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Third time we are staying at the Glu because of a combination of excellent service, spacious rooms, and excellent location for walking out in the different areas of Palermo, Buenos Aires.

I have seen some of the reviews on here referencing the staff but they really were very good. Knowledgeable about the area and able to deal with our many reqursts!! They are a credit to the hotel

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location. Close to Hop On Hop Off Yellow Bus stop and close to a square where there are good local restaurants. Breakfast is by order (not buffet type) but it offers sufficient quantity and variety.

The Glu Hotel has a fantastic, kind and helpful staff, perhaps the best I have seen in any hotel. They pay attention to their guests. This is a small and personable hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller suites, which are located in the back and are very quiet. The location is excellent, close to many activities in Palermo, yet not noisy. The breakfast is served by order, including fresh orange juice. The room is in excellent condition and very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend the hotel

Lovely property in a great part of town. Well located for walking around Palermo. Huge bed and comfortable room. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in one of the best spots in VA. Right in the heart of Palermo. Room has a nice balcony. If you are facing the street, you will be grateful for the nearly soundproof windows. One of the best features is the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. A terrific moderate price range choice!
