We chose this hotel because we’ve always had a great experience with Embassy and we particular loved the location of this specific one. We arrived at the facility at check-in time (4pm) but were told that the room wasn’t ready. No apology, no compensation, just told that our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Only when pressed if there was something they could do to remedy the issue is when they started offering compensation/solution (free parking, $25 gift card to their store, and another room that was actually clean and ready). Everything was offered but we were never given anything but the ready room. Staff needs to be better trained at customer service and folllwing through on their promises.
