Kind and welcoming receptionist. Recognized us from our last stay weeks ago. Spotlessly clean room- better than many more expensive hotels!

Great staff at this property. Great location being right on the river for a beautiful setting to sit out on the balcony and soak up the snenery.

It was good for the most part, however there were quite a few bugs in the room over the entire stay.

Rented the king jacuzi suite. Great price and comfortable. Hotel is 2 mins from downtown would highly reccomemd for a weekend short drive away

The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived rather late for our check in as we were working late out of town and the staff was very accommodating with our late arrival. The soundproofing was great, you could not hear other guests or the highway whatsoever. The bed was very comfortable the pillows were perfect ( something I am always rather picky with). For the price the room was really good, absolutely loved the in-suite jacuzzi.

Room was not clean. The bathroom floor was not mopped from the last people and there was hair left all over the bathroom floor and earwigs crawling. The pool and hot tub area was disgusting. Bugs in the hot tub and ants n other bugs crawling along the walls and webs everywhere. Bathroom in the pool area was nasty as well. The whole stay was disgusting

No issues at all except for some noisy traffic. Check in was effortless, the room was perfect, location was great.

We didn't stay here. When we finished showering and were getting ready for bed, we found bugs on the walls, floor, and even the bed. I took pictures and went to the front desk to tell the receptionist that there were several bugs in the room. He said he could change our room, but I told him we couldn't trust any other room and we checked out to another hotel. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express. We didn't stay at the Riverland Inn.
