Parking plenty of it.

The staff were very proactive. The Pastures Lodge restaurant across the ample carpark is a real bonus. This was our 4th stay.

Food was wonderful Staff were brilliant Room was average Problem with the drains which meant there was an awful smell but otherwise okay

Parking was very good & felt save Breakfast was average Walls are quite thin so can hear people talking in the next room as well as the TV Rooms are big with all the usual facilities but no A/C and lifts to get to second floor

Parking was safe and easy the whole place,inside and out super clean,staff doing catering for our booked event went extra miles to make sure guests had everything they needed,cleared tables quickly etc.Would recommend

Clean tidy well equipped rooms. Staff very friendly, Good quality breakfasts. Only negatives were the standard of service at the Pastures Lodge restaurant. It was very quiet, but proved difficult to get served, desserts took 20 mins from ordering, 1, sponge and custard was served cold, and the other was not what was ordered. Other table had to go to bar to chase food up. Mains good quality. Only other minor thing was when we came back to hotel at about 9.15pm, bar was staffed by reception staff, not an isuue, but after about 30 mins staff member went out of main doors, and never saw him again !

Recently stayed at the pastures lodge for a wedding and everything from checking in with Nathan on reception to the service and night reception and the room were brilliant. 10/10

Excellent friendly helpful staff Nice clean hotel. Sadly a low score as the matress was really hard and i did not get a good sleep.

Room breakfast reception The job lot

Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room had an ironing board, iron, (although the cover did not fit) TV, WiFi, kettle, tea/coffee tray and extra tea, coffee, milk was avaliable on request from reception.

Overall, the hotel was alright, I did find hairs and hair clips on the floors/in the bathroom and either the water or the sink stunk of sulphur

The bars where well stocked with a good variety of beers and wines. You also had a choice of two restaurants to dine from. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, again good variety and choice to suit your requirements. All in all, good value for money and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely room although a bit tired. We had a really good nights sleep. Very quiet. We found the whole hotel not 100% clean. Staff helpful and friendly
