Comfortable, had amenities we needed after cancelled flight. Dining on site was easy & adequate. Friendly staff at every turn.

Very clean , staff polite gave great customer services . I love the buffet breakfast service top tier there . Safe to parking I loved our stay that will be me and my family go to hotel when we in Arlington we love to travel

Staff and service was excellent. The housekeeping details i didn't understand if we had to pay extra or not. Meaning it was not done as expected.

Breakfast was not included in our stay , so did not like that .

Perfect hotel

Area looked and felt really unsafe. To many homeless people at gas station. My key needed to be changed 5 or 6 times. And I was unable up access my virtual key.

Great place and staff

This was a less than satisfactory stay. We only had 2 towels the whole time. Asked for more yesterday & today. Never received any. 4 of us had to share. Had no toilet paper all this morning. No one cleaned our rooms. Then at almost 11pm last night we got back to our room & the flap on top that locks people out for extra security was out so it kept us from entering our room. We had to call maintenance. Who didn't come until after I already had to get us in myself using a shoelace. No urgency at all.

Very poor customer service starting with management to the cold coffee in the lobby in the morning. Terrible breakfast. Was promised a buffet that was not available.

I've stayed here for years, so close to my family. Everyone is super nice and friendly!

Yes i would come back again

This Doubletree is pretty run down, lights were out in the room, shower handle was broken, overall just very dated. The cookies were still good though.

Great stay

Deanna was a wonderful staff member who greeted us upon arrival and checked us in quickly. Our room was just what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Thank you, Deanna!
