Disappointed with this 5-stars hotel. We wish for a relaxing comfortable family vacation but everything is the opposite of what we have planned—fault advertisements. No amenities like advertised. No babysitting, supervised childcare, game room, playground, spa, bar, beach bar, poolside bar, only 1 restaurant at limited hours, limited hours room service, limited hours housekeeping, 24/7 front desk, gift shop, library, concierge service, dry cleaning, laundry facilities, bbq grills, beach loungers, beach chairs umbrellas. Horrible horrible experience. We have tried to talk to the property manager on duty, but she is super rude. She doesn't have any hospitality skills at all. The water in our room is dirty brown. Internet and electricity are on and off. The worst part is it always has a big Asian water monitor (giant varanid lizard) swimming in the pool, so scary and unsafe for us and the kids. Overall is a horrible bad experience ever. Stay away from this hotel Lanta Chada hotel

Beautiful room, good atmosphere, a lot of rooms

The rooms are not very good unlike the reviews. The bathtub has wasps and bees, lots of insects, little food, quiet atmosphere.

I have been this place for 1 night in low season so the price is very reasonable. All staffs, rooms and swimming pool were great. For me personally, breakfast should be improved. It was quite ordinary lack of food selection and quality especially salad.

Poor reception. Air conditioner is not cold. Not likely to be 5 stars.

Nice view but the aircon room is not cold. No injection line when entering the bathroom.

Is a hotel suitable for families with young children Because playing water all day or not playing the sea And most importantly, bathrooms in all hotels, no payment Only tissue that can help 😓

Breakfast is terrible. The food looks like there are many varieties. But not appetizing at all. Bacon is also a bacon made from hard chicken If you can't have a pig type, then don't make bacon like this.
