Best Hotel In The Area

good location. Carpet in corridors smells bad. Fruits for breakfast were rotting and were also used to make juices. I did mention it to the Chef

Staff friendly and customer service oriented. Javier was excellent!

We arrived at 3:30 PM and the hotel and our room was not ready. We didn't mind and went walking to the mall by the hotel. At night in our room, at around 9:30 PM a loud noise started. We turned off the AC and the problem continued on and off, but ftom 3AM on the noise, from the kitchen exhaust, didn't stop. I was not able to sleep, and in the morning i went to the lobby, I was ignored.

The in house services have improve dramatically.

If you are doing business in the Zone this hotel is ideal

The lobby was the best. The room was fine except the coridoor and bedroom had a moldy smell which was awful to endure

El hotel es hermoso, y la limpieza impecable. Pero me llamó la atención que las personas de recepción tienen un pésimo trato. La persona de recepción debe ser la imagen del hotel y del buen trato con el cliente.
