The hotel staff is friendly and informative, the food is delicious, and the menu varies daily. The room is clean and the mattress is comfortable. The sofa bed is not thick enough. There is a shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall. There is a water refill facility. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant. It is close to the Metro station, supermarket, and several small restaurants. Overall, it's OK.
