i like the travel access to the near highways and shopping

My husband and I own a Handyman Business and once every couple of months we rent a room to get away, relax and be alone. This was our 2nd time there and had a perfect weekend. The nighttime guy Derek was there again and I can't say enough about him. He is so personable, funny and really goes out of his way to make our stay great. I was so upset when we showed up Friday evening only to find out I had booked the wrong dates through Hotel.com. He calmed me down got us into a room and told me what to do to change my other date to saturday. Hotel.com was very good too, the guy called Derek and between the 2 of them everything got straightened out and within an hour, my husband and I were relaxing in the jacuzzi and pool. We had a great stay. You are blessed to have such an outstanding employee. We look forward to coming back next month.

My stay at this property was fantastic. Even with baseball and basketball players there. The staff was absolutely wonderful and amazing!!!

They didn’t have the king size bed with a sofa bed suite that I paid for. Received a king size bed only and there are 3 of us. They didn’t have a cot either, so we had to squeeze together. There’s a foul smell and the carpet was damp. To rectify they brought us dehumidifier to get the dampness and the smell out. Smell was still there. Only good thing was the front desk staff was super nice and tried to help as best as he can with the resources he had and was apologetic.

Every thing was ok but the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor the 3 nights we stayed so the carpet was soaked

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was wonderful, many options. The hotel does have a smell to it, but the air freshener they have pluged in made it bearable. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful.

Water issues in the bathroom, toilet not refilling so flushing was a pain. Tub drain so slow water was up to my calves

The room was clean and cozy but always had a really strong musty smell like a “wet dog” aroma - it was satisfactory for our needs and will probably book again in the spring for our next trip

The place needs a deep clean and complete remodel. Hotel/motel is worn-out, dirty carpets, some furniture damaged, stained sofas, chairs and sheets. Pool was big and pool area was sunny, pool lounge chairs were comfy. Pool was the best area of the hotel. The breakfast was average for the hotel/motel standards. Lots of visitors and residents with dogs, parking was big, very close to express way. Water was hot and water pressure was great, nothing was leaking and AC worked great. Good TV channels but renovations are necessary!

Slept like a baby, it was quiet and very clean. Staff was great.
