We were in the area for our sons graduation from Navy bootcamp at Great Lakes. We stayed from Tuesday to Sunday and didn't have one complaint. Good coffee and breakfast in the morning, clean rooms that smelled nice, very friendly and accommodating staff, and the area was very safe. There were several stores and restaurants walking distance. Overall our stay was exactly what we needed it to be.

Our room was comfortable and we really appreciated the coffee being available at 5:15am. The downside and reason for lower reviews is that the lobby had a truly terrible smell, as if the pool chemicals had combined with some other noxious substance. I had to hold my breath walking to the elevator.

Rooms needed to be aired our or cleaned better, smell of B.O or diety clothes in room as soon as we entered room. Staff was awesome, friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for my son's graduation from RTC Great Lakes. Thankful for the 6:45 am shuttle to the ceremony which got us there in plenty of time to get a good seat in front of his division. Rooms had plenty of space for two adults and three teens. We spent one day hanging around the hotel as our new sailor needed a lounge day, and the room was big enough to feel comfortable hanging out. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Coffee was just so-so, but it was hot and did the trick. I chose hot tea over coffee after the first day. Eggs were fine and sausage was tasty, as were the waffles. Fruit, yogurt, and granola also available. Thank you for keeping a water dispenser available and full in the lobby! Pool was indoors, and open, but not heated. My kids still used it :) Parking was very easy and free.

Our double queen bed suite was perfect with a sitting area & TV, the bathroom & shower were separate which allows someone to use the restroom without being in the showering room with the person showering!

My stay was very pleasant. The staffing was welcoming and it was close to everything. My family and I enjoyed the pool and gym. The EVS staffing was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The availability of snacks and other necessities was also great. They also offered breakfast and an open bar. Yes I will visit this hotel again.

The area of the hotel was perfect. The hotel had free breakfast which was a plus. The room was large enough for 3 adults. The bathroom could have used more towels and toilet paper. The pull out bed wasn't great and the shelves in the bathrooms need leveling. But it was a pleasant stay with a friendly staff.
