Close to everything I need.

very small room. door is connected to next room by a 1" strip. the little hallway from main hall is only big enough to walk 1 person at most. water pressure is very poor. best I could put it, the only reason wife and I chose this is due to every other hotel booked due to ball game and concert. only used the room to sleep and get out.

it was beautiful and quiet

I got racial discrimination. Was terrible experience that I experienced as my daughter and I first time visiting. Very disappointed. For the price I paid and the service I got is beyond terrible.

Great location!

Some property of mine went missing.

I liked the location and not having to use Uber to get around. The staff on the front desk were pleasant to deal with. What I didn’t like was, on my final day, three different members of staff on three different occasions tried to enter my room between 8am and 12pm before I checked out. Very annoying and I wish they wouldn’t do that.

Great place to stay! Close to everything and the staff was so nice.

Easy check in process. Stayed for three days and enjoyed it. Everything within walking distance for us. Will defiantly be booking again with them.

The hotel was extremely outdated and barren. The interior for the rooms looks like a Holiday Inn from the 80s. We didn't even have any housekeeping during our stay and had to go ask for towels at the front desk. The rooms are extremely no-frills. While the room was clean-ish, the furniture was all broken, torn, and worn down. You're better off spending the exorbitant price tag on a hotel that's actually worth it.

Really tiny room but it worked for out one night there. Close to the miracle mile.

Not worth the money

This hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants, Millenium Park and events on Michigan Avenue. Our room was very nice, clean, and quiet. And the price is very reasonable for downtown Chicago.

We stayed one night It was very warm in the room and even with the a/c set to the highest it can go, I still woke up hot and could not sleep comfortably. The room was advertised as a king but was really 2 twin sized beds put together.

Friendly staff , good for a quick stay.

Parking is horrendous and not at all what the hotel advertised. It said $25 on the property details however was $61 just for overnight parking for 1 night. Hotel is also like a storage closet with a bathroom. Not updated, but clean. Doesn’t feel private.

First time in chicago we decided to stay downtown. Whereas the parking situation was nice and cheap for the area. The air in the room didnt work making the room so ungodly hot. They sent us up a fan which helped alittle but sleeping was miserable at almost 78. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. Plus the towel was crunchy and dirty. We only stayed a night so it wasnt worth the complain but i wouldnt chose here again anytime soon.
