It's unkept and i was woken by the smell of sinteric mariguana, maybe it be good for just one night not more. Expidia why do want me to lie about my stay in Zenitude Hotel? You got as 4 star but is 2 star max. This area is not good for dark skin people.

You designated after 6 as a late arrival. Who does that? This information was hidden behind a hyperlink but this link didn't contain any guidance should you fall outside policy. We got in because some kind fellow visitors helped us. Otherwise who knows what would have happened.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, well located, in the center of Divonne, close to the shops and the famous Sunday market. But when it comes to cleanliness, omg, I think they have never, ever cleaned the rugs..

Wonderful hotel

The staff were so accommodating and the hotel was in an excellent condition.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell dirty and the rooms look different than the website. I won’t be staying there again.

We only stayed one night before a flight so it was good for that purpose. They do need to clean common areas (vacuum the carpets) better, but the room was good. The restaurant the receptionist recommended was actually closed on Monday (as were others in the area) so we ended up driving to dinner.

Very quiet, the little town is adorable! We were not aware we were in France until we got to the store and we tried to communicate. Transportation was a challenge but once we oriented ourselves it went great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room - we appreciated the mountain view. We couldn’t understand the heating controls so unable to turn down the heat. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Not clean very low budget hotel owner was changed and the upkeep of the hotel is poor.

What a disappointment. The room was not clean, the shower did not function properly, and the heater barely functioned. This is a two-star facility.

Reasonable hotel for a stop along our journey. The rooms were comfortable but in need of some maintenance - we noted stained carpets and marked walls. Parking was fine with street or secure parking options. It is a short walk to the town centre for restaurants, of which there are a few choices.

It is fine as an apartment with long stay. But I will rated as a 3 star hotel

The hotel is undergoing an ownership change and was out of order. Obviously it is under remodeling since we saw construction materials piled up next to the lobby entrance. The room cleaning was poorly done. Trash in the bath room and kitchen was not removed, and worst of all, there was no towels at all. The room had dusty smell and made us feel ill.

Very nice place to stay outside of Geneva. The local area is beautiful.
