Mattress in each of two rooms provided to us were low to the floor and uncomfortably hard. Left the property two days early due to a front desk customer service issue post check -in. Marta addressed the issue quickly, and contacted Hotels.com for resolution. We appreciated this and are satisfied with the outcome.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, convenient location.

Good and friendly check in. The room is in very good condition and quiet. Eating was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

A very friendly hotel, comfortable and clean, but a little tired around the edges. Be aware that it does not have a restaurant, and the town has limited options - the hotel will happily provide a list of what is available, and it has limited, simple food options if need be.

A very friendly welcome at this excellent value, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice room, good shower, and decent facilities. Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient for the centre of this typical Portuguese town. The gym's hours were a little restrictive (at the weekend, at least) and no dinner options (but the town is right there). I'd happily visit again.

We enjoyed our stay, the price was good, we found a good restaurant down the street, the morning receptionist was very helpful.

The hotel is clean and quite but the AC broke down in the middle of the night so the room was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. I had to open the windows to cool the room down. But in late August, temperature in Portugal is about 32 degrees centigrade so it's quite hard to sleep without AC. They've fix the problem the next day. On the plus side, the breakfast is really good.

Stayed there with family in August 2017. Nothing really exciting. Hotel looked like a ghost town. Rooms need to be refreshened. Breakfast was average. Nearby municipal pool was nice. No lunch or dinner served.

Next to the road it s perfect when you just want to sleep

The best location to our visiting sites. Near Fatima, Nazare and the castles. Parking was safe and their service 24 hours. Great for price. I have returned many times! Obrigada!

Great breakfast buffet equivilant to a brunch. It was perfect if you have a car to get around. Stayed there overnight before heading to Fatima

Hotel was clean but really not in a good location. Quite a ways from Fatima which was our main destination in the area. Hotel staff was indifferent. Has food to offer but expensive and was microwaved. Not good location for eateries. Worst part was there was only warm water...not hot. Pretty uncomfortable. They also set air conditiner very low. In a hot environment we could really not relaxed. Cannot really recommend this hotel.

We only had a short stay here but the hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine.

personeel was vriendelijk, de bedden waren erg hard, kamers wel ruim en elke dag netjes opgeruimd.

El hotel está muy bien y la atención del personal muy buena. La limpieza también es muy buena, lo único quizá que le falta es algo de mantenimiento de las instalaciones (pintura...) pero en general muy recomendable.
