The hotel is dirty, pick up your own luggage both at check in and check out, the cleaning service can secretly enter our room too, stay with this hotel, not recommended.

Lokasinya lumayan jauh, tapi masih bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki, dekat dengan 7 Eleven jadi memudahkan. Hanya saja agak jauh dah kurang bersih.

Can be on the 5th floor the room is not clean, spooky, haunted, don't give toothbrushes, check-in service at the front is also not friendly, no bell boy, old elevator, haunted scary at night, bring parents and children, it's better not to stay here , not feasible for the operation of a standard hotel.

It's hot in the lobby, don't turn on the air conditioner. 😅 poor receptionist attitude

When I finished poop, I found out that the toilet couldn't flush, just let it be ready, because it was too late to check in. The next morning the poop didn't overflow. If I put the picture, it's not funny hehe overall the location is good, the room size is also good.

Staff was friendly and helpful, however the building and room condition was terrible. Hot water was not hot enough, we were unable to fill in the bath tub and ended up with just half tub. Internet was terrible. Plus side was spacious room and location near 711 and sky train.

Not the best, but also not the worst stay. I get what I pay for. Arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm ish, greeted by 1 security guy who apparently has our check-in docs and helps us check in-because there 's nobody at the receptionist counter. Good stuff: - Hotel is clean and decent. Huge bed (larger than king size). Facility 's complete: TV, chiller, bath tub, a single sofa, desk, make up table, water heater, toiletries (soap, shampoo, bath gel), and speedy wifi at every floor. - Location is super convenient, walking distance to pratunam market & phaya thai BTS. But you need to ask the staff for a "secret shortcut". Else you'll be routed far away by google map. Bad stuff: - The room lighting is a bit too dim for me, thus adding the spooky vibe. 1 main light in the bedroom 's dead too. - Unlike other hotels I've visited, we need to manually request for a room cleaning service by hanging the sign at the door. Else they would only restore the coffee + toiletries + water bottles without touching anything else in the room. Apparently they engage with an external cleaning service team, so we can't request for anything else (e.g. Ad-hoc cleaning, extra towel/toiletries) after their working hour's over.

The receptionist was good, they see us have a lot of baggage and she asking for upgrade room have more bigger room.

Super strategic location, near BTS, food is also pretty good, affordable prices, near the fashion mall and Pratunam night market.

Good service staff. Check in quickly. At first the hot water didn't work. Staff was corrected for Not a problem, the room is clean, comfortable bed, but the bed has wheels on the bottom. Just like a big fan, when moving hard, the bed will move slightly. But overall it's worth it

Very very satisfied this hotel. The room is clean, but it is a bit mysterious because it cannot open the door (tip is that I always bring a fragrant room package for a better smell) If you follow the gg map, it's very far. The hotel has free coffee machine, free refill water (in glass bottles) every day. There are free tuk tuk to the nearest lane or 7eleven shop. He drives a tuk tuk and he transports luggage very enthusiastically

Recommended for all of you if you want to stay with good facility, include free tuk tuk (limited area) and free drinks at lobby

The room is very comfortable. From the room you can see BTS through mulu every few minutes. That's a very good view for me at night. Besides that, the room in accordance with the one in the photo, is spacious and clean. Every day if you ask for cleaning, it will be cleaned. The receptionist was friendly and willing to help if we had any difficulties.

First time to Bangkok try to stay at this pleasant hotel even if you enter the alley but so far you can get a free tuk tuk until the big road is worth it at the price of the hotel. every day the room is cleaned and free of mineral water.

A hotel with good service in its class, rooms are more spacious than hotels that cost more, although the interior is not new but in my opinion it is not too important while everything is still functioning properly, only one makes it less satisfied, only 1 TV channel.
