Spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Staff were very nice.

Room was in good condition, when checking in I was not advised that I could not have friends/family visit my room for an afternoon catch up. When they arrived, they were denied entry, this was highly embarrassing.

Room was OK and clean enough but a bit tired. Major construction happening outside our window from 7am, NO mention of this when booking.

Horrible logistics, you can’t be dropped outside the hotel so have to be dropped a few floors above at their parking. The luggage escalator is broken so you have to drag your own luggage down the stairs and then take a lift to the ground floor to check in. Awful if you’re a solo traveller, would not recommend. Also the building has long term renters so reception and entrance area is always quite busy.

Quick overnight stay for a concert at Suncorp, we booked late so it was $$$ We used the spa /pool area which was ok, but half the jets weren’t working and it is overlooked by all the office buildings, some privacy would have been welcomed. The room was fine, kitchen good, check in process easy and location excellent for our purpose.
