It was convenient for what we were looking for.

Overall it's still passable, but the bedspread was not very clean, the bathroom fan made a hell of a noise and the bathroom door didn't close. On the other hand, we had a very large TV with lots of channels and applications. It's really rare in hotels.

The snow hadn't been cleared, not really a breakfast, rooms were 10 degrees and towels smelled. Dead mouse outside

It was a clean, friendly, well maintained environment. Wish there was an option for coffee/ tea in the room.

Good for a economy stay. It snowed all night and no attempt to shovel sidewalks and left room at 9:00 am and went to double check the room for belongings and keycards were already deactivated and the manager couldn't care less. Still enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t get to stay at this property. My flight was late into Ottawa, luggage was an hour to get and my the time I was to head to Gananoque it was dark and snowing. I made the decision to be safe and stay in Ottawa. Called the Hotel and was told I could reschedule through Expedia. On the booking area it said I wasn’t entitled to reschedule as it was past my check in time. I had no control over my flight and luggage delay but have now lost my nights booking. Is there anything that can be done?

Lovely stay with friends and easily located close to amenities and attractions

Quiet, clean, not much happening this time of year. Very close to 1000 Islands. Great price. Not much in terms of breakfast.

Clean basic hotel. Three bed room was large and spacious.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made me a grab and go breakfast for me everyday as the breakfast didn't open till 7am and I left for work at 6am

We stayed at this hotel (one night) on our way to Toronto (from Montreal). Quite convenient stop, room was clean, bed comfortable enough. The staff was quite friendly too.

Breakfast too frugal.

I called them before reserving, asking for late check out (5pm because I had work). The person who answered said it was fine. I proceeded to book through Expedia and left a “special instruction”. When I arrived, the reception said late check out was only possible until 12pm and made it seem like she was doing us a favour. When we got into the room, the temperature was set very high (in the 30s) and the room had a weird smell. We left the door open to let the room cool down. Next day, we checked out at 12 and a different reception person said “12 is too late”. I told him the other reception person said 12 was fine and he asked me “who?” How am I supposed to know who works your shifts. Overall an unpleasant experience. The only nice thing was the cleaner who knocked on our door and smiled with joy at seeing my dog.

Could use some cleaning up and a dash of salt on the parking lot. Bagged breakfast.
