I had a great experience& would stay again

1.The property was nice , and the view on the marina from your balcony is just breathtaking. 2. My room was dirty, the housekeeper pop sheets here, they just make the bed after the last person checkout, it was hair on the towels. 3. The staff at the front desk were nice. 4. For the amount of money you paid here the room cleanliness should be top notch.

I used to love the Mondrian and often recommended it to my clients, but unfortunately, the hotel is long overdue for a renovation. Upon my check in, I had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness issues — stained rugs, un-mopped floors, dust, and even urine around the toilet area. The pool water was also uncomfortably warm, and although I brought it to the staff’s attention, nothing was done to address it. That said, the poolside staff were friendly and accommodating. However, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

I disliked this property overall

From the time my group arrived, it was an horrible experience. the hotel is extremely dated, no one speaks fluent English, the rooms are dirty and smells of urination, the beds in the rooms are literally on the floor and please investigate your bill. The hotel tried to charge me for using the terrible mini bar when my sister and I purchased our own water, sodas, juice, and alcoholic beverages. i would not recommend for anyone to stay here. I'm really consulting a lawyer to see if I have a valid suit against this hotel.

We did not like the enviroment at the hotel, it was very sketchy plus the TV at the room did not work, and you could also the that the bottom of the balconies hadnt been painted in a while so it gives the look that it’s bad

I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian Hotel in Miami! The room was spacious, very clean, and included a convenient kitchenette—perfect for quick meals or snacks. The location was ideal, with a Whole Foods and plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the gym was clean, well-equipped, and a great bonus. The only minor issue was that the carpet could have used a quick vacuum during our stay, but it was such a small detail that it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic hotel with great service and amenities. I’d definitely return!

Loved my stay here...all the staff were wonderful to us. Pool is gorgeous. Food and drinks are amazing. Room views are to die for!

The hotel overall didn’t meet the expectations. The food menu was limited. I called down 3 times for help & nobody came our room didn’t have light.. I won’t be coming back I was disappointed

The property was DIRTY! The water pressure was extremely low, honestly this property needs to be closed for renovation. There was a few nice staff members.

First, We got stock in the elevator with an employee. When they finally got us out, they apologized, asked me for a report and offered me to take care of my bill at the pool. At the time of check out, I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she went to back and came back and said that they had spoke with the team that got us out of the elevator and they said they had never offer me that. Practically, she told me I was a liar. Also, very rude bartender at the pool and I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the room service. I went there to celebrate my anniversary and it was a total disappointment.
