The owners were extremely warm and welcoming, breakfast was great, the location was perfect, and the building and grounds are lovely. Hoping to go there again.

Amazing B&B with the absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had while traveling.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect. We were here over the Memorial Day holiday weekend and it was just wonderful. The home is peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. The breakfast every morning was delicious. So glad we stayed here while in Philly.

Everything was outstanding! Breakfast was fantastic. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

We are loving our time here! It is beautiful and comfortable and a great place for a getaway!

Our visit was short, just one night, but the host Roland was so welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing! we enjoyed our stay!

Alpenhof is everything you’d want in a B&B times a thousand. The owners greet you warmly and remain available while giving you space. The rooms are impeccable - every detail thoughtfully designed for the experience, and each bed (I’ve stayed in different rooms over the years) is so sooo comfortable!! There’s an enormous amount of gorgeous space - inside each room, in the incredible common areas, and on the landscaped grounds outside. I’ve never had a desire to re-visit a hotel or Airbnb or B&B before - but I’ve been back to Alpenhof half a dozen times over the last few years - each stay consistently amazing - and am always excited to stay again. If I could give twenty stars I would - outstanding experience!!!

I had a wonderful time at the Alpenhof. I’m going back in a few weeks. The home is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. I enjoyed the breakfasts too. This is a great place to stay if you’re in or near Media. Highly recommended.

This B&B is absolutely excellent. It's our second stay and it's even better than the first. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The brunch is five star and repeat guests are always a great sign of excellence. We recommend this highly.

Outstanding setting with very cordial owners. Perfect stay and very close to Parque wedding mansion and Media downtown shopping and restaurants.

It was back in the Ridley Creek State Park area of Media, PA. It is an older building that has been renovated. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The breakfasts were delicious and individual to each guest. The owners are very personable, willing to talk and suggest places to see and visit. The B&B is fairly central to many Delaware County attractions and downtown Media where there is quite a bit of shopping and places to eat. I would recommend Alpenhof to anyone wanting a quiet location outside of town. If we are back in the Philly area again will definitely stay there.

An amazing experience! Such a beautiful building, the decor is unmatched. Lots of communal rooms and places to gather. The owners are so incredibly sweet and helpful. They offer a delicious breakfast with options to choose from off a menu. Everything was so lovely and we cannot recommend them enough!

The building has a unique charm, and the owner was very friendly. The bed was soft and the proximity was great for a wedding in Newtown Square. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet.
