Amazing beautiful dated building, still needs furniture upgrades from its time to preserve the originality and modern comfort.

I had to ask the cleaning staff to service the room the floor was dirty, I lost my first night due to a flight cancellation and upon my arrival to the second night it was humid and floors dirty. In other words no one was there the night before to have cause the floors to be dirty no air was circulating

We honestly opted to move to another hotel without complaining. There is the process of remodeling and I hope once it’s completed there will no longer be issues with the AC. This is not a reflection of the staff as they tried to make us feel comfortable

We had a chitty room on the 3rd floor, unlike the original charming 2nd. and 3rd floor rooms. Both over-priced and well-worn!

I was supposed to stay here on Monday 4-13-25, but it was so chaotic. Also very dated and dirty furniture in lobby, I really didn't want to go and see the room. Seemed dangerous with so many people coming and going with no visible security

Stayed here many times. It was good in the past. Unattended and poorly staffed.

Property is very old but that’s part of its charm. Not sure I liked the fact that we didn’t have a window in our room. A window could be needed for emergencies and to let in fresh air. Room was stuffy

Loved our stay… it was comfortable and entertaining… can’t wait to come back!!!

The staff was amazing! Welcoming and helpful. The beds need to be updated tho. They are clean but the mattress is hard.
