Whole place felt neglected, shower doors broken, bed uncomfortable, pillows were unbelievably subpar! Some financial investment could go along way for this place!

The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!!

There was no air conditioning in the common areas. Also, it would’ve been really appreciative if there was a little more communication about how things worked in the area and miscommunication on terminology when renting the room.

Great stay and super close to fish markets

They were so good to send Jacopino for me at the airport for 25€ that was sooo well worth it. We found the place, I learned how to enter through 3 doors, then he dropped me t a nearby music festival and showed me how to get back. The place is clean, in an accessible area, my room was well appointed with AC and a hair dryer. Great choice if you don’t mind ducking your head in the attic room which was much larger than my $300 Rome room.

We expent too much time looking for the place because the address is very confuse in google maps.

Really good sized room in a great part of Catania. Good air con (very much needed as it was 30 degrees at night). Only downside is that it's on 2nd floor with no lift - not usually a problem but big case, high heat is a bad combo

Lovely place near bus station and old town. We had a large double room with a private outside bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast was available in a local cafe. Staff was helpful amd nice.

You get what you pay for. Good location, breakfast which is rather poor, served in a cafe in front if bb. Neighbourhood leaves much to be desired but very ose to centre. Wouldn't recommend to solo female travellers.

Stayed for 4 nights. Lovely room and great location just off main square. Enjoyed having breakfast (included) in café on Duma square. Room really nice and individual. Good value for price. Will stay again.

Amazing place to stay. Owner very friendly and helpful

The guest house was ok but not as funky as some of the pictures on their website show. We found the staff ok but not as friendly as other reviews implied. We had arranged a taxi from the airport via the guest house but it failed to show up, when we rang to ask where it was we were told that there was no driver available so had to get our own taxi - this was in fact the same price!. When arriving at guest house, manager apologised for lack of taxi and said it had been booked for the next day! Customer service in Catania certainly needs improvement, waiters, bar staff etc all seemed to be a bit nonchalant with their service and no one was very friendly apart from the one waitress in Cathedral Bar. Catania was ok but we wouldn't visit again

Alessandro is helpful and responsive. Location is convenient. The design of the B&B is interesting. However, need to improve cleanliness of beddings, towels are too rough & old, bathroom seat have cracks and air conditioner has water drippings, etc. Not usual for breakfast not included at B&B... as well.
