As always, the staff at Westin Richmond was professional, friendly, and helpful. Staying at their beautiful and clean hotel is always a pleasure.

Room for as nice clear and comfortable. Staff is outstanding. Walkable safe free parking.

The rooms were extra spacious and very thoroughly cleaned. I would have liked basic amenities in the bathroom such as a showercqp but it wasnt the end of the world!

Upon arriving in my room I noticed hair all over the bathroom and in the shower and the hotel moved my room down the hall only to find the same problem. Being tired I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving again but did inform them of the same issue. I was then charged a $230 incidental fee after being told that it’s just a hold in case the room gets messed up or things are ordered through room service. However, no such thing was done and I brought my own food with me and all I did was shower and sleep then checked out the next day

The pool hours were accessible for our family. The front staff were friendly. We got a good night sleep before we continued our journey.
