L..beds very comfortable. Front desk very kind and helpful. Pool was great with a great work out room

Only complaint is that they didn’t have any forks at the breakfast buffet.

So glad we picked this Hyatt to stay at. After reading the reviews, they were spot on. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt comfortable and at home. The staff was very friendly, lobby was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable, hallways clean and quiet, elevators were even clean. We did stay on the 5th floor as I don’t like people above me. But there was a family next door to us and we never heard any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!!

Poor service. We were made to wait even though rooms were ready. While I was waiting I heard several people complain for various reasons. Additionally it was late June and the pool was closed.

My family loved the pool and spacious room. Everything was amazing.

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We arrived around 515pm and our room still wasn’t ready. Had to wait an extra hour till around 6-615pm to finally get in our room. Pillows are basically couch pillows. Breakfast being continental was ok but not the best at all. Staff was decent, says it has a bar but was not how it’s made to look. Menu for food is not what you scan in the rooms at all. Wasn’t happy. Was charged $50 more than what the listed price was according to the price on Expedia

Room wasn’t ready waited an hour for a room …. Fridge didn’t work got moved to a different room no shower door asked for towels 3 times never got asked for tissue got told come get it… pool was ice water completely horrible

Absolutely horrible! This hotel was a disaster. First we arrived to a full lobby which was weird, but after we waited in line as our check in time had just passed, we spoke with what looked to be a human, but was so robotic, condescending, and cold it turned our family off right away. We were told we can wait or leave and that they would email when our room was ready. We asked how long he thought and he said “no clue”. We waited in the 90 degree lobby of upset guests and 3 staff who would avoid eye contact at all costs, often carrying to the back room to hide or wipe the same counter over and over. We finally got a room after an hour and a half. The pool was ice cold, dirty and had zero towels. The room was honestly up to par, but not having any soap when we tried to shower in the morning to get to our event was another nice surprise. The water in the shower water hammered through the walls while in use… will not return to this location.

so all i really have is things i didnt like. if you want to stay somewhere, where the mini fridge isnt working or theres no sliding door in your shower this is the place to stay! first they over booked rooms, breakfast was runny scrambled eggs and sausage. jordan doesnt answer the phone snd deleted my card from the hotel. i wouldnt come here.

Stay was great. Myself and a 15 yr old, 2 10 yrolds and a 7 yr old.

Expedia let me book the room and when I got there to check in we found out Expedia is over booked the hotel and they had no rooms available.

I love the new modern look in the rooms. This hotel is so clean and wonderful and accommodating.

Booked a king and was given a double. The person checking me in was so slow, lines formed for simple check-in so it wasn’t worth trying to rectify. The blow dryer shorted out at the chord and no one responded with a new one so we just put it in the trash. The AC sounded like an aircraft engine. The breakfast bar was over by 9:15am. I relayed all this to the day staff who was pleasant but said “ it wasn’t the Hyatt they normally work at” so…staying with Hilton from here one.

Everything good, had a problem getting CBS so missed end of Golf Tournament.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a great time.

Overall, this day was pretty well. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was mediocre, but it’s what I expected when it’s included with a room. The pool is very nice! Overall, I’d stay again.
