Great place

Very clean, good breakfast. Room was spacious. Only complaint was the pool was too cold. Kids only stayed in about 10 minutes.

Everything about the hotel was okay, the rooms were spacious and very clean. However, I did I notice a pretty big safety hazard which was there was too much snow on the driveway and all around the hotel. Other than that. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was amazing!

Very nice

The room was nice. Unfortunately, there was a draft coming from the window. We would have reported it, however there was rarely anyone at the front desk. The staff, from what we could tell, was pleasant. However, they seemed surprisingly understaffed. Not sure if that's a budgeting concern, or if no one wants to work there. The worst bit was the buffet. Probably the worst breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Honestly, there was nothing there. No eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc. The oatmeal had so much water, it was almost soup. Just awful.

A very nice property that is well maintained. It is close to a lot of the area and was reasonably priced.

Great location, comfortable beds, and large rooms. I was disappointed in the breakfast. The only protein option was peanut butter and that was disappointing. The hotel was good though!

It was good and satisfactory.

There is a constantly active fan in the bathroom that can not be switched off. I had to keep the bathroom door closed. Louder than white noise feel. Front desk guy is very short with guests and borderline rude

The hotel was hosting several travel teams for youth sports, ours included. The pool was freezing. The breakfast area was messy and unstocked. There should be 2 waffle makers because lines were long. There was no breakfast meat, only individual omelet things, those were tasty but a few others in our party said theirs was cold. The rooms were clean and smelled good!

Staff was horrible. Ruined the experience and our stay.

The young man at the front desk was so friendly and kind! Really nice room.

Our heater in the room was very loud. It kept myself as well as my kids up. I went to the front desk to have the issue addressed and there was nobody there. Waited for about 10 mins and nothing. So I went back to the room and turned the heater off, which led to my kids and myself being cold for the remainder of the night. In the morning I spoke with the manager and he stated he would look into getting me compensated and then get back to me and I never heard back from him.

They seemed to be not very well staffed. I was there for 6 nights and every day I would request service and they finally came by on the 4th day only after I went and talked specifically to the cleaning ladies

The plane was overrun with 10-year old hockey players on the weekend. One employee works the whole operation - front desk, breakfast, bar, etc. We never got housekeeping unless we asked for it, and even then, it wasn’t guaranteed. Maintenance issues weren’t fixed for days. But the hotel is very modern, comfortable, great location, and inexpensive. It was still worth it for us to stay here.

Great place to stay as I frequent the area often for work/ so at least two days of my work week is spent “living” in this location and I would t change a thing! The aroma when you walk in alone speaks volumes, very clean, nice staff

I booked a room to sleep and have breakfast when I got off mid-nights at the hospital. Hyatt booked a whole team of children who were running up and down my hall yelling. Slamming doors and yelling for drunk dads. I checked out early to go to a different hotel. I am still shocked they did NOTHING about the behaviors of these guests. If I have to pay an incidental fee they should as well for disruption of guests.I had no breakfast! there was a 30 min line up om the waffle maker. The lady who was stocking omellete type bites apolised

Staff was outstanding Very clean room and facilities Problems we set the temp to 72 and it went up to 80. It is very cramped and difficult to open the door in the bathroom where the shower and commode are. Very noisy at night. We were on the first floor which I avoid next time. No recycling in the rooms.

Property feels new and bright. Wide hallways and larger rooms. Mattresses were truly medium firmness. My room felt clean and the sheets were bright white with no stains. Same for the towels. Several USB-A and USB-C charging ports, along with 110VAC outlets on the nightstands and desk. Breakfast was typical. Cereal, bagels, oatmeal, meh egg cups. Pretty standard. If the price keeps making sense, I'll keep staying here.
