Very nice facility, great staff. The room set up was lovely, with the seating area. The only problem with the room was the bathroom door was in the wrong place. The breakfast was nicely done, and even with a big crowd one day was well stocked. I would stay here again. One complaint was the dumpster was serviced at 4 am.

Front desk woman was not very friendly at checkout and when I called about a reversal for a pending fee she said that was released she was EXTREMELY rude to the representative from Chime to the point I apologized to him repeatedly. Luckily my stay didnt have much to do with her but I'm unlikely to return due to her disrespectful behavior.

Beautiful hotel. The room was nice. Appeared clean. All of the bedding pillows were so small and uncomfortable 😣 Our room (305) seemed to have a fruit fly issue. My husbands water cup was full of fruit flies. So that was kind of gross. Also we wished the hotel had a hot tub! Kids had fun in the pool though.

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed, quiet, very clean, free parking, and friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above average for american hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very modern and very well kept. The pool and the exercise room are modern and well maintained.

There was a container of food left in our fridge from the previous guest and the sink didn’t drain properly. Otherwise room was clean. There was no market either. It would have been nice to be able to purchase a few snacks. Otherwise it was a decent hotel.

Friendly staff, easy check in, rooms very clean. Bathroom set up nothing can be done but tight with door - had to get behind the door to shut the bathroom door.

I reported to the desk that the hair dryer was missing in my room. I have no need for this item due to my lack of hair. I Still have a charge of $50 for incidentals. Refund this amount back to my account as soon as possible, please. Paul Kleinebreil 04/17/2025

Very nice staff. Had a great experience

The property and hotel is excellent! There did seem to be a little bit of a staffing issue, as there was only one staff member working the afternoon/evening I checked in and they were insanely busy trying to keep up.

Very little staff in the lobby. No one working the bar, and the breakfast buffet was a complete mess. No one on staff was monitoring the food, there was food everywhere and no fresh plates. There were also bins in the corner overflowing with dirty dishes. We couldn’t eat there and opted to go out for breakfast, which is unfortunate because I was planning on the meal being included in the stay. Hyatt needs to do better at this location!

Hotel is clean a pool in ok. Little dirty but heavy use while there by wrestlers. Check in says by 3pm but that didn't happen. Didn't know we would even have a room available till 730 and then couldn't get into room until after 8. Front desk gentleman is amazing stayed calm and help where could but not able to speed up incompetent owners of Hyatt place hotel.

I stayed for a business trip, it was very pleasant.
