A Valentine's Day overnight and our experience was wonderful, an evening dinner at the COV next to the Westin Hotel in Edina, MN, and enjoyed the Exclusive Executive Lounge breakfast. Our stay wast fantastic!!!

The valet was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating/attentive in such a cold season for this southerner!! Only 3 stars because I travel often with my 9 year old as a single mom and hotel/resort gift shops are so very helpful when it’s snack time. I was bummed I was directed to go across the street to target to get any type of toiletries or snacks in negative degree weather.

Excellent hotel in an great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to shopping and resturants.

Check in was terribly painful. Front desk less than helpful.. Concierge was amazing!

Stuff Members were great! Room service were prompt and delicious! The Room was great. Everything was wonderful. Definitely coming back to this hotel.

Great location for shopping & dinning. Clean hotel. Bar prices are expensive but expected for this area.

It's a beautiful hotel for the winter months. Location is great too lots that you can walk to and underground so you can avoid the cold!

Too many smaller children. Online when booking and for my room stay I was told that the area I was going to be in would be quiet. That was NOT the case. Also, security when I walked in asked me if I was lost, as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. Incredibly rude.

Great hotel with wonderful service.

The Westin stay would have been 5 stars but what we did NOT appreciate was that the 7th floor lounge was constantly filled with little, unruly, screaming kids. This happened each evening and each breakfast during our two day stay. I have absolutely no issue with kids - but there should be an age limitations for access to the lounge. The Westin in effect penalized the rest of us guests by wantonly allowing anyone access to the lounge. Paid a premium price for the room with a view - and loved it. But will no longer frequent the Westin because frankly, the nonsense in the lounge soured us.
