Fabulous hotel, brilliant room, excellent breakfast, great bar and restaurant. The staff were lovely.

Good hotel , great breakfast , free parking close to centre of small village and chairlift.

The room had a lot of nice little amenities, and it was obvious that some thought and love was put into it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Morning breakfast buffet was terrific. Plentiful and interesting. Nice beer garden to have lunch. Serve a great local beer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our very limited German. Limited # of parking spaces, but some nearby if you stay out late and none are left when you return.

Al estar en un pueblo pequeño de Alemania, se siente muy agradable el caminar y la misma gente del pueblo muy atenta y amable. Fui con mi esposa y dos hijos y estuvimos maravillados con todos los detalles, la comida la limpieza y los acabados de las habitaciones. Muy recomendado.!!

This was exactly what we expected and ao much more. A little escape in the mountains with beautiful views and you can absolutely walk everywhere while feeling completely safe. I would recommend this over and over again.

Very quaint little hotel. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning or elevator, although it does get cool at night.

Lovely place. Clean comfortable. All bar one staff member was excellent!! Sadly the very rude older lady spoiled the reputation of this establishment. She has the customer service skills of Basil Fawlty. Would not return because of her. Rude , unfriendly, in the wrong job. Spoke to me like I’d just wiped dog poo on the table! Receptionist and young lads on the bar were brilliant!

Excellent guest house / hotel.

My husband and I have stayed at the Ochsenwirt many times and it never disappoints. The owners were on vacation but they provided us an excellent breakfast. We always feel like we are "home" while staying her. Highly recommend this establishment in Oberaudorf.

This is family run hotel and they were wonderful. Great location within a steps to amazing hikes. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Nice stay, close to Erl in Austria, home of the Tiroler Festspiele. A nice Biergarten and good Augustiner beer. The breakfast was very good organised. Due to the ongoing pandemic, still some umcomfortable restrictions. Overall a nice stay at this very typical Bavarian village.

This is our "go to" place to stay in Oberaudorf. The room was wonderful and most important for us - the beds were very comfortable. It is easy to get to the train station to go other places and have the Ochsenwirt as your home base. Breakfast was also delicious, never disappoints.

We loved the hotel. For us, the room was a bit stuffy. We had to sleep with the window open, even though it was winter. Other than that, we found it to be very nice and comfortable.

Absolutely lovely! Great clean room with hot water and comfy bed. Amazing breakfast with accommodating staff. Each morning I would request just coffee and then return later for eating and the waitress was so sweet bringing me my large coffee before I sat down. As a vegetarian, both breakfast buffet and dinner menu had many items I could enjoy! It felt like home and would return.

Great guest house and great restaurant highly recommend.

Nice little room with old-style solid wood furniture. Very good and efcective heating - very nice in the cold winter conditions. Breakfast was also superior, all local meat stuff + general items, tea, coffee, juices, etc.

Overall a comfortable stay. when we arrived we were met by a young man who checked us in efficiently and was very helpful and pleasant. However the lady at the front desk the next morning ignored us and we did not have a pleasant check out experience.
