1 night stay in between temp houses due to major home repair. Front desk staff was absolutely incredible. The one gentlemen who checked us and out - who sadly I don’t remember his name - listened to our challenges due to my wife’s medical condition and did so much for us. He changed our room to one that was better, he helped us on check out day in too many ways to list. We could not express how impactful his kindness, care and empathy was during a very hard time for us. Uniquely wonderful customer service.

Good location

The hotel was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable, bed firm but soft topper; and real pillows with substance. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Not a fan of parking service because it is tagged to length of stay and my vehicle was only on site one day.

Very professional, quiet, clean, and peaceful

No room was actually booked. I was not able to stay at the hotel. Booked a room with Expedia, not able to stay in hotel that was actually sold out

This property will begin charging guests for parking later this month. Ridiculous.

Front desk very nice and very helpful.

Check in was great fast and easy. Breakfast was also great. The cookies were warm and very tasty. Thanks to Eiliott at check in and Jeannette at the breakfast buffet.

Nice lobby. Room was a little out of shape, (cracks in the walls, a little dirty) hotel smelled funny too

Great location! Staff friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Some little things in BR could use some replacement like light switch. Breakfast/buffet was good. All told, we enjoyed our stay! We even got warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival! Good ones! Nice hospitable touch in todays world!
