Lovely helpful staff especially The guest manager couldn’t do enough for us !

The bathroom's moldy, the phone's out, and the dim lights in the room are depressing.

Hotel clean and tidy, as was the room but abit tired in certain areas, ie tape on carpets, paintwork etc, bar area and restaurant lovely, very good breakfast with lots on offer, however the evening meal was disappointing, had to wait an eternity and when it did come wasnt good, staff very friendly though throughout

I have to give one star, which I guess the staff deserve, they probably deserve more. However, the hotel itself is atrocious, I wouldn’t put cattle on here. The room I was given had holes in the carpet, god knows what up the walls, window that didn’t seal and to top it all, when I checked in they forgot to mention the heating was broken. Given the outside temp was 3 degrees the inside wasn’t a lot warmer. I raised the issues of noise from the window as on main road and was offered ear plugs and a beer. When I mentioned the heating I was offered an electric fan. I checked out and went to Premier Inn at Chatham. I’m still waiting for a refund.

The sofa bed for our child was very uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and had a protector on it which was very plasticky. Other than that the room was clean. From about 5am there was lots of noise from the floor above. It sounded like elephants running around. Breakfast was very good and staff pleasant. Good parking too.

Room ok

The room was excellent. However my wife and I ate in the bar, and that was disappointing. A lot of the options on the menu were unavailable, we waited an age for our food and then my wife’s order was wrong!

TV did not work. Water took long time to heat-up. Shower had feeble water pressure and I coud not turn the bathtub taps off so had to leave them running!

We booked this hotel over others in the area because it has a swimming pool, unfortunately this was closed for the New Year but no mention of this on the website. Our room was clean but very tired, broken mirror, flaking paint. Bad night’s sleep due to ultra soft bed and the air conditioning that dried us out despite having the window open. We were going to treat ourselves to the breakfast but decided to head for home and get some sleep.

Room was comfortable but the shower head didn't come out far enough, you had to stand very close to the wall to get under the water. Out of the 5 days we were there, breakfast was lukewarm and sometimes cold on 4 of those days, otherwise I would have given you 5 stars. Staff were brilliant all round.

Very good value for money we visited family and then stayed in the hotel comfortable

Was same as any hotel just a dog keep yaping which made me wish i had booked bridgewood manor

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay again.
