The property is very run down and is in dire need of renovation. The entire building was without hot water on 5/9/25. My room which was accomodating 4 people was provided with only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and one face cloth. When asked the front desk for 2 more bath towels, I was provided with 5 hand towels and told that tomorrow i could get bath towels. No water is provided in rooms. Coffee at continental breakfast was that of colored water.

The property should not be renting rooms, the rooms were in terrible shape, most things did not work and everything very run down.

Poor quality hotel. No hot water. No air conditioning. Beds had hair in it. Room did not have a window that opened to the outdoors, so it was stale and stuffy. Pool was empty, surrounded by mattresses and tvs. Could not shower before attending college graduation. No compensation offered for terrible conditions.

The property is dated and in disrepair. Walking down the hallway, many of the rooms were locked with a bracket and padlock. You can tell the property is being worked on but I did not see active construction happening. The breakfast is extremely modest with cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt and hard boiled eggs in a refrigerator. I has hoping for a hot breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage. The property is good for an essentials trip but I would not say family friendly.

I've been a guest for a while now and I have to deal with a $100 deposit every time

Nothing unique. Hallways look like a prison. Room is pleasant. TV does not work. Staff is helpful. Breakfast a disaster: no fresh coffee unless you want to wrestle with a machine. No smell of fresh-brewed. Bagel stale. Waffle forgettable but makes you wish you had back the time it took to make it.

Elevator didn’t work, AC wasn’t working, very dated room. Okay for a night but wouldn’t choose it again.

A lot construction work going couldn’t use all amenities

It was cold n raining at night n turned on thermostat for heat n it blew cold air The sofa in our room was disgustingly filthy with an old tampon n a huge blood stain like 2 feet in circumference.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly front desk management, but after that, it went downhill. The locks on the door were flimsy, and the chain lock had nothing to attach it to, leaving me even more vulnerable. The door to the adjoining room looked as if someone had tried to break in with no additional lock for that as well. Then all the items in the bathroom, minus the soap, were used by the prior occupant, which was truly gross to see and seemed just lazy not to replace. Considering the premises had many of its amenities under construction, making them unavailable, it was even more disappointing to see outdated rooms that were unnerving to stay in for a whole host of reasons. One of the worst experiences in my life. I did not sleep for the entirety of my stay!

I checked in to my room 225, after an hour went to metallica concert , came back to hotel at 3am to go to sleep and my card wouldn't work, so my son went to front desk to find out why card wasnt working , after 15 minutes the person from front desk comes up to my room with my Son and my Son had both of our over night bags with him, come to find out there was a complete mix up with my check in that we were suppost to be in 228 and the person that checked me in put me in the wrong room and they said i didnt pay for the room 225 ( keep in mind my room was booked and paid in full in January for the Metallica show on April 19th) so they packed all of our stuff that we had in our room and put it somewhere at the front desk, the fact that they made the mistake and handled all my stuff is absurd, and further more the room 225 was very dirty, window sill behind curtain on right side of window was a Celsius can left by someone prior also floor was filthy , stains on shower surround, heater cover not clipped on correctly on right side , also the smoke detector is definitely outdated , yellow plastic and didnt know if it even functioned , also the bed was very hard not comfortable at all, at 139 dollars i didnt expect it to be perfect but my experience was not a good one and i would not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately this facility needs some updating.

Awesome stay

Reserved a two queen bed room, was told they overbooked and only had a one bed room. Someone had to sleep on a couch, for what I paid I expect more, overall was ok. Place needs some upkeep done. Staff was friendly

While the rooms have been renovated, our room must have been a previous smoking room. Faint smell of stale smoke when we checked in. When we came back after being out for the evening the room had a mildew/musty smell. Walls are thin, old heater in the room. The beds were clean, cleanliness of bathroom was mediocre.
